It's an older hotel. Toilet seat was mismatched. Air conditioner trim was coming off. Coat rack was falling off the wall and the comforter on the bed had cigarette burns . It was clean and bed was comfortable. Staff was very friendly.

Could not get a response from anyone about moving the date one day so had to pay for a room I didnt need. Very angry.

Poorly Maintained

Linens crisp and white. Comfy bed. However, smoke detector was missing. The bracket on the ceiling was there, but only dangling wires where the detector should be. Main light fixture: glass dome or globe missing. Of the two bulb sockets, only one had a bulb. Bathroom sink lights, one of three bulbs was missing. TV wouild not work. Turned it on, got the setup menu, but could not get past the"Select Language" choice.

I am a wildland firefighter and this hotel will not return my money. We booked the wrong hotel they told us to rebook and we would get reimbursed. Well they won't even try and help even though we are fighting the fires around them I think they are very greedy and/or they just don't care about helping the community out. I would like to know what they do to help out the community around them as they do not support nor help out first responders. Please enlighten me if I am wrong I will take this message back

I booked a room here for 3 nights for a festival. When I showed up at 7:30pm, they had canceled my reservation. I had to last minute find a campground for 3 nights and get camping gear. They then proceeded to charge me for the room that they gave to someone else and now refuse to refund me. They stated that you have to check in by 5pm. That leaves a 2 hour window to check in. Total scam. I'm sure they canceled so they could get more money for the room. Expedia refuses to refund me also.

Property cancelled our reservation without call or email. No rooms available ANYWHERE within an hour radius due to festival. Manager said her boss lives out of country and was not available. Incredibly rude and lacked any empathy. Unprofessional. If I could leave -10 stars I would. Awful. DO NOT STAY OR BOOK HERE!!!

The property canceled my reservation cause i didnt pay even though i showed up at 724 pm the day of my check in day to pay and check in the manager was rude had no where to go all hotels were full with in a 100 miles no one at expidia or oyo corporation office cared or help so i was 3 hrs from home sleeping in my car all weekend then on top of it i was still charged and out 500 dollars

it was a last minute hotel to book because all the hotels in Bend and Sisters were booked solid. we attended the quilt show on Saturday and saw Trevor Noah that night which both were amazing.

Very quiet area. Felt safe. My husband wiped the floor ,paper was black. Towel racks gone toilet paper holder broken.Beds sheets are fine. Person that checked us in was very nice.

The owners were very nice but the property didn’t match the website. Maybe they’re in the middle of renovations? But everything was older and in need of maintenance. We reserved a room with a kitchenette and sink; the entire sink faucet was missing :/ Location was good with food nearby and the staff was kind. They offered a refund when we checked out early and explained our reasons.
