「Communication from hotel terrible. Don’t expect to get your email with check in on time. You have to remind them to send information several times. They claim email went to spam but I received 40 minutes later into my regular email. Remember there is no one at front door to check you in. I have tried this place 2 times and will never stay there again.」

「The property asked for deposit in addition to the payment for the stay. I paid said fee. The property stated i would receive the deposit returned within 3-7 days following my stay. It has now been nearly 2 weeks, I have contacted the property in various ways but they have not replied to any message, I reached out to expedia who attempted to rectify this and they also received no response. . 」
