The room was clean, with enough space to accommodate 4 people. Breakfast was at a nearby restaurant (1 minute walk from the hotel), which was convenient for us. Staff was quite helpful with recommendations about location of nearby laundry and other amenities. Overall a good experience and great value for money.

The hotel has the best location, really close to Puerta del Sol and therefore, close to Gran Via, Plaza Mayor, Mercado San Miguel, etc. Staff is really helpful and accommodating. Fast responses for any inquiry or service requested. I definitely will stay there again.

The breakfasts are provided at a restaurant around the corner from the hotel. The food is very good and tasty. They offer a choice of tostas in which I asked for the one with pork paté and carmelized onions. There is an AC unit in the room and I was very comfortable.

Breakfast was fresh and delicious. Air conditioning was a little tricky, got hot at some point during the night. Staff obligated me to pay in Dollars which made it more expensive. They said there is a policy that I cannot pay in Euros. I later investigated, there is no policy. I felt like they scammed me. The conversion was inaccurate.
