Very clean roomand the staff was very accommodating. I was here overnight and wanted to stay away from the city. Its a lovely complex but seemed neglected. You will need a car to get here...

This resort is in a lovely location on the outskirt of madrid (about a 30 min drive into the city center). It is peaceful, sounds of the classes around noon filled the air. I wish we stayed longer to truly have experienced everything it had to offer. As it was off-season, the pool was closed but was beautiful to see.

A rare gem. Not the kind of place I would normally stay on business, but we were on an industrial estate nearby and so chose here. The bungalows are big, comfortable and look exactly like the pictures. The campus is clean and expansive. It was winter so didn't experience the pool but it looked nice from afar. The restaurant serves close to Michelin starred cuisine. You must try the sashimi with rice. It was so good I had it twice. Highly recommended.

Helpful receptionist. Excellent access to Madrid via Metro Line 9. Beautiful setting and comfortable, clean but very dark room with inadequate lighting. Also, there was a penetrating unpleasant smell that no amount of ventilation could eliminate.

Poor value compared to last year.

This was a very disappointing stay. We stayed here in mid April 2023 and got much better value, in terms of price, in terms of the type of accommodation we were allotted and the fact that there was a beginning of the season buzz about the place, while this year the athmosphere was very lifeless and bland.

Complex is very run down. Pull had been shut for months and was green. Cabins had awful smell which didn’t leave with all the windows open.

Potential to be excellent but poor condition

Potential to be a really lovely place to stay. The lodges are in nice gardens and are clean and spacious. Short drive from Madrid and you are in the country. Nice lake and beach. However, the site is filthy - empty water bottles strewn everywhere, litter in poinds and on paths, broken equipment everywhere. Does not give any confidence that the owners care too much. A big shame because it could be lovely with a bit of effort

I booked this structure because of SPA service… actually there’s none. It’s the second time I book a structure on hotels.com with SPA filter and in the end there’s none, Hotels.com have to check if it’s true or not, I’m disappointed with hotels.com I’m thinking of goi ng back to booking

Las cabañas son cómodas y amplias, ideales para descansar y desconectar, alejadas de la masificación de la ciudad. Como único detalle del alojamiento, el armario es pequeño en relación con la amplitud de la habitación, especialmente si la estancia es de varios días. A mejorar, la higiene y la atención en el restaurante del complejo. A la salida encontramos un salvaslip usado sobre la madera de una de las camas donde iba a dormir mi hija, algo totalmente inaceptable. Además, al pedir la cena en el restaurante del complejo e intentar preguntar por el menú del día siguiente, una camarera mostró una actitud poco profesional, resoplando porque parecía molestarle que le habláramos, ya que estaba pendiente de su teléfono móvil. El sitio tiene potencial, pero estos detalles lo desvalúan.
