Everything was perfect, location perfect, clean & cozy. Service was really good, even though I requested the early check in and they charged me for it, when I got there, the code didn't work until 3pm anyway; but I requested the money back and they refunded the money right away to my account. Other than that, everything was perfect. We will stay here if we come back to Madrid soon. Thank you.

The apartment had all the amenities you would expect and was finished to a nice standard. Excellent location within easy walking distance of Plaza Mayor so at times could be noisy.

Total waste of money

I get it, this is in the middle of Madrid and real estate is expensive. However, this property totally misses the user experience altogether. 1. The entry code worked for the main door and not to the room. Spoke to someone on the phone to open the door with the same access code. Weird and not at a great start to our 3 day stay. 2. The room is much smaller than the advertised pics. Didn’t expect it to be so small. 3. There’s a washing machine in the room, but no detergent. Really? It costs less than €3 and the hosts want to skimp on it. Had to go to the grocery store and buy the detergent. Left a huge bottle for next guest to use. 4. Same with tea bags. There’s one herbal tea bag. Unfortunately, no black tea bags. Again, it shows the cheap attitude of the owner. The sofa that converts to a bed needs fo be replaced immediately. It has served its purpose a long time ago. I would not recommend this place to even my enemies despite the great location.

Nous n'avons pas apprécié cette agence de location. Aucun personnel pour nous accueillir. La porte de l'appartement frotte sur le plancher. Faut se battre pour l'ouvrir ou la fermer. Appartement très bruyant. Il y a quelqu'un dans cet immeuble qui lance une porte pour la fermer. Je doute le commerce voisin en bas. Le lit est extrèmement dur et inconfortable. Nous avons û mettre les serviettes par terre parce qu'in n'y a aucun support. La vaisselle est très ordinaire. En somme, cet appartement est équipé avec le stricte minimum. Les loueurs sont des gens qui veulent faire le plus d'argent en donnant le moins de service. Le divan-lit est complètement usé. Impossible de s'assoir dessus. Les chaises ou bancs de comptoir sont inappropriés pour manger sont usés et aucun dossier donc très inconfortables. Je ne conseille pas du tout cet appartement. Sa seule qualité, c'est son emplacement.
