Beautiful flat recently reformed just a few meters from the Plaza Mayor of Madrid, located in one of the most emblematic streets of the city.

Located in the Madrid de los Austrias, the old town of the city and the ideal starting point for a visit to one of the most charming neighbourhoods.



The Plaza Mayor is now a major tourist attraction, visited by thousands of tourists every year. In the commercial premises located under the arcades, there is an abundance of hotel and catering businesses, which have terraces in the square. It is also a popular venue for festivals and other cultural events.



Sol metro station is a 2-minute walk away, and several bus and taxi stops nearby.



A completely renovated flat with two bedrooms, two bathrooms (one of them en suite), kitchen, living room and dining room.

The main bedroom has a nice balcony, with a double bed of 1,35cm, wardrobe and air conditioning.



The second bedroom has a complete private bathroom inside the room itself with total privacy. You will find a large double bed (1,35cm), a spacious wardrobe and its own air conditioning.



The common areas are provided with a double sofa bed with a 1.35cm mattress (perfect for sleeping two people comfortably), a dining room, television and a complete designer kitchen fully equipped with: oven, fridge, freezer, washing machine, electric cooker, kitchenware, cutlery, etc.



It is located in a renovated building. Access is by stairs to the lift from which you can access the flat.



At the portal you will find an access code that will allow you to check in at any time.



We will always be ready to answer any questions you may have, if you need it.



Once the reservation is made and before arrival we will need you to check in online, which is nothing more than the registration of your data for the established control that we must carry out.

The location was the best thing about this apartment. The host was very patient with me because I had problems paying the second payment through their link. Frank, the after hours operator, was very nice the two times I called and missed the office staff. When we first arrived, there was an overwhelming smell of bleach. On day 2, a sewer smell was becoming obvious in the en-suite bathroom. We left the windows opened in that room all the time. It appears the toilet isn’t connected well to the sewer line, like needs a new wax ring. We also contacted the host because the washing machine wasn’t working on the first day. They responded at 7 pm on Sunday when we were at dinner and offered to send a repair man. We replied that night and didn’t hear from the host until Wednesday, the day after we checked out. Turns out the water line wasn’t even connected. The apartment is clean. There will be noise from the street below, especially on the weekends. You can hear the neighbors. Just know that going in and you’ll be fine.

Although the price was very affordable and location was excellent near Plaza Mayor and could walk to all the main sites, the apartment wasn’t in great condition. There was a strong sewer smell, showers didn’t drain (drains weren’t clogged water just ran out onto floor), buckled floors near bathrooms and beds were uncomfortable.

Main bathroom door doesn’t close properly, the second bathroom shower was clogged, the floors were dusty and not well maintained, the constant dog barking above. Besides that, the location was perfect. Would not recommend.

Excelente céntrico completamente a todo. Fácil acceso al departamento. Nítido todo. Me ha gustado y volveria y recomendaría. Lo único q al llegar aparcar imposible tiene q ser pagado en plaza mayor por ejemplo y es caro pero ni modo. Asi es madrid luego ya se puede buscar sitio afuera a media noche por ejemplo pero es difícil

Nos quedamos hospedados dos noches, no había agua caliente desde el primer día y la estufa no funcionó. Nos comunicamos para que resolvieran el problema del calentador del agua y no lo hicieron, nos bañamos con agua fría problema que se presentó en dos las dos duchas del lugar.

Bel appartement, bonne literie, emplacement idéal. Malheureusement, odeur persistante d'égouts dans la SB attenante à une des chambres. Il manque un peu de vaisselle (saladier, plat à four...) et un torchon. Excellent séjour dans l'ensemble.

Great Location and Apartment, Terrible Smell!

This apartment is centrally located making it easy to walk to multiple tourist sites. The apartment itself was also quite nice but we did notice small things each day that should have been caught by the regular cleaners or apartment manager (burnt out light bulbs, not enough equipment in the kitchen like a strainer for fruit, extra pans, and a lot of crumbs between the couch cushions. However, the most inconvenient issue was an overwhelming smell of sewage in the apartment. We communicated our concerns immediately and it took 4 messages to have maintenance staff come to pour some liquid down the drains. This did nothing to remedy the situation and we sent 2 more messages requesting some reimbursement for the inconvenience as we had to eat meals and sleep in this smell for 4 days. Administration offered $30 Euros which was an insult and when we asked for $30 Euros for each person (4 travellers) it was rejected.

Sencillo pero cómodo

El apartamento está muy limpio, no necesita llave lo cual hace más seguro todo. Tiene un pequeño olor a desagüe cerca de la recámara principal pero el resto está súper bien, tiene todos los implementos básicos necesarios para una estadía cómoda pero repito, sencilla. Ahora bien, el apartamento está SÚPER bien ubicado, tienes la plaza mayor a 2 mins caminando, igual el Mercado de san Miguel y el palacio real. La parada del metro de sol queda a 4 mins caminando. Excelente ubicación para turistas.
