Clean, comfortable, safe

Nice, clean and comfortable apartment. The front desk attendant was very welcoming, friendly and helpful. We felt safe and the location was conveniently located near a grocery store as well as the Ventas metro station.

The room was clean and modern. Shame about lack of natural lighting in the ground floor. We did not realise ground floor meant basement. The shower was powerful but did not drain well so you ended up standing in a pool very quickly!

Enjoyable stay!

We enjoyed our stay in Feelathome Apartments, Madrid. The rooms are quite small but very well appointed and comfortable. The location was excellent. The only thing missing was a mirror, other than the one in the bathroom. A full length mirror would have been useful.

The staff is friendly and are more than happy to assist you. They have lockers to store your luggage just incase you arrive early. The front desk is accomdating and even provided me with a local map with locations to visit during my stay. The cleaning staff are also super friendly and willing to work around your schedule during your stay.

Great location and easy to connect to the metro which was less than a block away. The area was quiet so it was nice to come back to it after a busy day. Only issue I had was the shower had a slow drainage problem.

Comfortable hotel-apartment in Madrid

Great location convenient to metro and everything necessary like supermarkets Carrefour, Mercadona. Tiny studio type apartment with everything I needed. Felt like a home away from home. During temperatures of 95-100 degrees the air conditioning was excellent. Great staff. Safe neighborhood.

Nice and comfortable place

We had a suite in the first floor that was neat and clean with a kitchen supplied with everything we needed, even olive oil and vinegar. The office attendants Rebecca and Paloma were nice and friendly and gave us information and tips of Madrid. The place is conveniently located next to Ventas metro station and close to all the important attractions of Madrid. We strongly recommend Feelathome.

Paloma is wonderful, the place is clean, and has everything needed. I wish I could've giver a tip but I had no euros. The area is called VENTAS because of the plaza the toros, ventas is an ok area, very close to Salamanca neighborhood either walk 15 mins or take an uber for 5 to 7 mins.

Would have liked a small mirror in the room as well as bathroom. Larger mugs to drink from. Room a little noisy with fridge, air con and bin men passing window every night. Staff very friendly and helpful. Easy walk to metro station and local shops. Enjoyed our stay.

Best Concierge EVER!

It is perfectly layed out with ample storage space. The kitchen is a great feature but due to our short stay, we didn't use it. The best part of our stay was that the concierge was so helpful. She helped us take the Metro subway and showed us places to visit. I can't say enough good things about her. She made us feel so comfortable in a country where we didn't speak the language.

Negative: 1. The unit was tiny! It looked nothing like what was shown on the website. 2. The neighbours were extremely noisy. It was almost impossible to relax — even late at night. The weekend was terrible, full of shouting and loud music, although weekdays were a bit quieter. 3. The fridge doesn’t have a separate freezer compartment, so if you lower the temperature, everything ends up frozen. Positive: 1. The main transit stations (metro, bus, etc.) were within walking distance. Grocery stores like Mercadona and Dia were very close by, which was convenient. 2. The communication was also good. They send you an app (web app) to open the entrance and the room door. No need to pick up/drop off keys. My recommendation: The neighbourhood’s accessibility to transit is excellent. However, I strongly recommend finding a different suite for your stay — this one just isn’t worth it.

Fantastic and new apartments within 5-8 min walk to the nearest underground station, which will take you to the city centre of Madrid in no time. We were pleasantly surprised with the amount of pans and utensils the apartments were provided with, in case you want to cook anything. And the fridge was also big enough. Everything is new and the bed and pillows are super comfy. However, the apartments are not cleaned during your stay (regardless of how long you stay) unless you pay 30€ for it... and you are not provided with anything to clean yourself either. That's a bit cheeky... And for such new apartments, the sound insulation with other apartments and the corridor is really bad. One would have thought that not hearing conversations happening on the corridor is something basic to have been considered at design stage. Despite the above, I would consider coming back to these apartments due to their location and installations.
