This apartment was wonderful- spacious, clean, and a perfect location. Although it was in a busy area, the rooms were quiet and comfortable. The rooftop was an added bonus. Staff was kind and helpful.

This apartment would have to have the best location possible if you are visiting Madrid. Right outside the hotel is a metro, a 24 hr supermarket, loads of restaurants and shopping. The apartment has everything you need and is clean and well maintained. Definitely recommend this place 👍

Definitely an amazing place to stay in the heart of Madrid! The apartment was beautiful, exceptionally clean, comfortable, and surprisingly spacious. It’s not easy to find accommodations with this much space and comfort right in the center of the city. The location was perfect for exploring Madrid, and the apartment made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a beautiful, comfortable, and convenient place to stay. Definitely a place I would come back to!

Lovely rooftop pool (with bar!), close to sights and public transportation. Rooms were spacious and comfortable with all the amenities we needed. Streets below were loud at times and nighttime noise was especially noticeable during the time we stayed, which evidently coincided with some festival. But overall nice place in great location

Apartment is in very convenient location and clean. But elevator takes so long, and only one small elevator for whole apartment complex. Staying 4 nights, no house keeping, no extra towers (just 2 towers for each person for 4 days use), no trash bags, no paper towers...

This apartment hotel was conveniently located in the middle of the bustling Gran View area with metro nearby and a big supermarket downstairs. The front desk was friendly and opened 24/7. We got the two bedrooms unit and it was spacious and comfortable with a well equipped kitchen and two full bathrooms. They also have a small swimming pool and lovely small rooftop bar with ab amazing view of the city (the bartender was also super nice). Definitely will come back again when we visit Madrid again (this was our 3rd time in Madrid)

The apartment itself was wonderful: bright, spacious, well located, and very comfortable for three nights. Where it falls short is the basics. No washcloths, no tea towels or drying cloths, and none of the small necessities you'd expect — soap, dish supplies, that sort of thing. It's advertised as an apartment, so we expected a bit more than a hotel room. The rooftop/bar pool area is incredible with excellent staff!
