Amazing location and a gorgeous apartment!

We chose this based on proximity to metro stops and the restaurants/shops nearby. The apartment was enough space for us. The beds were comfortable, water was hot for all showers, and we felt safe here, even walking at night. Thanks for having us!

Lovely apartment

This is a very comfortable apartment. It has a surprising amount of space. The building is on a quiet well lit street close to all the major sites in Madrid. Sol was always responsive and easy to communicate with. Sol was great

Lovely apartment in an excellent location. Close to metro, sol and plaza mayor. Apartment is first floor so you need to carry bags up some stairs but no problem. Apartment is beautifully presented with everything you need and is an excellent base for exploring the city. We were a family of 5 and plenty of space for us all. Great communication and way check in

My family of 5 (ages 45y -70yrs) stayed here in Dec 2022. The location was great. Communication with property manager was easy. Not a complaint, but to provide info, there is a washer, but not a dryer. The unit provides a drying rack, which we used and our clothes were dry by next day.

Apartment was stocked with basics including towels, shampoo and bath gel. Very clean. Has washer but not dryer. Street noise at night was loud. Great location on small street. We walked to everything from here. Great communication with us. Easy check-in and check out. Would rent again!

Lovely apartment in great location

The apartment was great...good location, clean and fairly well equipped. However, despite the Vrbo. Website stating there was parking on site, there was no parking....one of the reasons we booked the apartment was because it clearly stated parking. Also, the air conditioning was not very efficient

So clean and amazing communication

We really enjoyed this property. Lots of nice homey touches, very clean and comfortable. Huge nice bath sheets were appreciated. Agar was great communicating with us and you’re just 2-3 minutes from the metro. Also, you can walk almost anywhere in the city from here. A few minor things. The wifi was pretty bad, almost unusable at many times. Not sure if it was a bad day or what, but have a backup option. The elevator wasn’t working, the rooms are on the first floor (one up from ground), so not a huge problem. The AC works, but the room would have been much more comfortable, especially for sleeping, a degree or 2 cooler. We were all a bit hot and uncomfortable at night. That said, we would definitely stay here again, it was lovely.
