Falta un poco de explicación para hacer el check in online y no tener que ir a otro lugar. La habitación es muy agradable y el lugar en general para moverte. Sin embargo como esta a lado de bares y el teatro, hay mucho ruido por las noches.

The check in process was not efficient. You need to wait to receive an email which has digital keys that you control with your phone. The room itself was basic but clean. Notably I could not locate the wifi passport located inside of the room. The property itself is somewhat old and dingy, with aged fixtures and amenities.

For the price, it is unbeatable. Of course, it was good to read previous reviews, as you do have to obtain a code prior to entering the building. Cleanliness was superb, privacy was superb, in an amazing area, the cleaning staff were extremely friendly and helpful when i was dealing with minor issues regarding extending my stay. The customer service is easy to contact, and very quick to help. The room was very clean, the bathrooms were huge. It was overall, an amazingly good experience considering the price. No complaints, everything was great!

Mala experiencia

No tiene baño en la habitación. Los dos baños habilitados estuvieron sucios la mayor parte del tiempo, la habitación sin limpieza diaria, el piso, el ascensor y las puertas suenan durísimo, interrumpiendo el descanso. El primeri piso tiene un olor a caño, el estado general se ve sin mantenimento.

Personale e servizio pessimo, mi hanno consegnato la stanza alle 20 dopo ore che cercavo di chiamarli e mi avevano detto che la stavano pulendo. Immaginavo di trovare una stanza impeccabile viste le ore passate a “pulirla” invece era sporca, polvere e peli ovunque.

This is a hostel not a hotel. If you keep that in mind it is good. Rooms were private with a code to get in the building and your room and your floor. Elevator is tricky but just know if it is not working it just means someone did not close the door. Just go down or up the stairs to find the floor the elevator is stuck on. Stairs are easy. We were on the 5th floor and to go down the stairs is fast. Bed was comfortable. Towels provided. Extra blankets were under the bed. Just lift the mattress. The kitchen was clean. They had washing machines although did not use. Price was great. Check in process was easy enough once you got the code. Just do the early check in. Only 20 minute walk to down town. Bring your own toilet paper if you have room in your luggage. Toilet paper is provided but better safe than sorry. lol.

Buena ubicación. Habitación con muchísimo ruido, ya que las zonas comunes son de manera y cruje todo. Además las puertas al cerrarlas suenan muchísimo. Un día no hubo agua caliente, y al siguiente la presión del agua era muy baja.

Not worth the money

You get a hostel experience for the price of a cheap hotel. The mattress was really good! Apart from that... the service was awful, had to wait for over an hour to get the access codes, meanwhile nobody could answer the phone or WhatsApp. The shared bathrooms were either broken, missing toilet paper and on one day I wasn't even able to get hot water.

Unterkunft sauber und wie beschrieben. Kommunikation mit Personal war schrecklich bis unmöglich. Ab dem zweiten Tag kein warmes Wasser mehr in den Badezimmern des zweiten Stocks. Anstatt schnell eine Kösung anzubieten sollze ich "downstairs" um den Code bitten. Im ganzen Hotel ist aber, bis auf die Putzfrauen, niemand mehr da. Ganz schlechte Performance.
