Fast and smooth communication, pretty clean room and easy location, however there was no air conditiong, only a roof-fan which was way not sufficient in summer, the room was scorching! also noisy most of the time during the night

Me parecio fatal que tuviera que hacer el checking yo al llegar a traves de mi móvil. Me costo un montón y no te ayudaban muy poco desde el otro lado del teléfono. Un calor espantoso en la habitación y encima salta el automático de la planta y nos quedamos sin luz. Parado el ventilador, nevera, en fin un desastre. Encima tuve que solucionarlo yo Lo único bueno, la verdad, la chica que atendía al otro lado del teléfono. Muy por la labor al menos. Por lo demás un desastre.

No air conditioning, lift partially works and if you are at the 5th floor..., during the booking it was not declared that it was a room without bathroom, but shared bathroom. Not a problem but not too much clean. I wouldn't come here next time. Sure it is practical for the location

The only advantage of this hotel is its proximity to the metro station. It is extremely noisy, especially at night, as there is a nightclub right next to the hotel. The floors creak loudly, and you can clearly hear people coming and going. There is no air conditioning in the room—only a fan that doesn’t cool the air, which is unbearable when it’s over 30°C outside. There was no room cleaning or towel change during our stay. For two people, there was only one set of towels provided. The bed was not The only advantage of this hotel is its proximity to the metro station. It is extremely noisy, especially at night, as there is a nightclub right next to the hotel. The floors creak loudly, and you can clearly hear people coming and going. There is no air conditioning in the room—only a fan that doesn’t cool the air, which is unbearable when it’s over 30°C outside. There was no room cleaning or towel change during our stay. For two people, there was only one set of towels provided. The bed was not just small—it was very small for two adults.

Me han dejado tirado. La habitación no estaba disponible por problemas técnicos y no me han dado ninguna alternativa sería. La comunicación pésima, nadie responde y evade ayudarte continuamente. Vergonzoso, tuve que buscarme una alternativa a última hora más cara y más lejos

où sont les 3 étoiles ?

telle ne fut pas ma surprise de constater en arrivant, trop tard pour changer d'hotel, qu'il est possible de réserver un hotel 3ètoiles dont la salle de bain est partagée avec les autres chambres, sur le palier. je ne savais pas que ça existait encore. Et la description n'est pas claire sur ce sujet puisque les photos montrent la salle de bain, sans spécifier qu'elle est sur le pallier et à partager. Quand on réserve un 3 étoiles à 100 euros, on ne s'attend pas à ça.

Al hacer la reserva no caí en cuenta que las habitaciones no tienen baño y era compartido. El descanso fue imposible, el ruido de otros huéspedes toda la noche se escuchaba intensamente, como si se durmiera en la misma habitación. Es un lugar para que se hospeden jóvenes estudiantes y no profesionales que van para fines laborales.

Muy bien ubicado, limpio, fácil acceso, habitaciones funcionales, solo que si eres de las personas que se despiertan con cualquier ruido no será buena opción pues en la esquina de la calle hay un bar y un teatro de los cuales se escucha un poco el jaleo en fin de semana y si hay que decir algo que no me gustó fue que la TV nunca se pudo ver, para mí no fue problema pero seguramente habrá alguien que si le gustaría tener bien este servicio. En general yo me la he pasado muy bien 👍

Es bastante ruidoso afuera gente gritando e insultando con malas palabra. Luego tuve mala e periencia porque no funcionaba la puerta de afuera habia que esperar que alguien saliera con ese frio esperando para poder ingeesar al edificio. Luego lo arreglaron despues de una semana áun asi tampoco se arreglo habia que usar un codigo unico todos los que estabanos ahi para ingresar

Estadia y servicios pesimo malo.

No me fue bien. Primero tardaron varios dias en arreglar la puerta de la calle tenia que uno esperar afuera con frio hasta que alguien viniera o poder ingresar ya que era por codigos el ingreso. Hubos jnos dias que fallo el wifi y ademas la gente de la calle queda al lado de un bar o un lugar donde se oian gritos de vujgaridades y groserias que no dejaban dormir. La primera semana no me arreglarion la habitaccion el dia que me tocaba con cambio de sabanas y toallas por la extension que habia hecho ? Que tiene que ver eso tuve que reclamar y la hicieron al dia siguiente. Todo esto lo hice saber a Hoteles .com h no me resolvieron nada
