酒店设施环境都非常完善，接待人员很友好，服务也好。性价比很高。有免费机场接送服务。位置远离市中心，但是有公交车可以直接抵达中心，很方便。

Loved the property. It was convenient 5o the airport, but quute far from city center. We could not find a bank nor money exchange near the hotel. Fortunately, the taxis accepted Visa payment.

We had an excellent pre-flight night here. The exercise room is like a full fledged athletics club, with optional massages and classes. Breakfast was excellent and was included with our room. The airport shuttle was right on time - request a time based ticket when you check in. We had a great stay here.

No me gustó, aunque es raro, no el trato del personal que me atendió a la llegada ni la habitación, el personal frío, lento y cuando solicitamos un accesorio ni nos resolvió nada ni siendo miembro de Meliá Reward. Aunque no hayamos pagado directamente a Meliá siempre se debe tener en cuenta. La habitación era la más pequeña del hotel, y no la de menor precio, con un extractor del cuarto de baño ruidoso, calurosa y pequeña. Y sobre todo sin el más mínimo detalle y sin opción, como antes he dicho, a tenerlos.

Second time at this hotel. Unacceptable the lack of air conditioning in the suite. Forced to 24.8 celsius degrees without the possibility of lowering it. Felt like an oven and had to buy a fan to use. Will definitely not come back. A real shame.

bien, estuvimos 2 noches en diferentes fechas pero reservando la misma habitación por este canal la primera noche tuvimos privilegios que la segunda no teniamos lo cual nos extraño. La recogida en el aeropuerto no es 24h

Everything is good except the beds, which do not guarantee that they are queen or king size and in winter you cannot turn down the air conditioning and it is a little hot in the rooms. The staff is very nice and the place is safe.

This hotel is very good. As one of the hotel’s attributes, it lists its proximity to the airport complete with transportation to and from the airport. It neglects to say that morning bus service does not begin until well after 7:00 a.m. You will need taxi service if you have a morning flight.
