The room we stayed in the furnuture required a little TLC. Can't fault the bed for sleeping and the shower. The walls were thiner than expected, so hearing neighbours and guests in the corridoor. The room didn't have a kettle, cups or a facilities to make a hot drink. A plus was the hotel was near to the train station so easy to get into town and airport. Would stay if the noise levels could be resolved and having hot drink facilities are provided.

Wonderful stay for my family! The staff provided an upgrade to our original room which was very nice. The room itself was very nice, clean and cozy. Also about 10 minutes walk to the Metro so convenient as well. Would stay here again!

Very welcoming and good location for the office. However the air conditioning was very noisy and for rooms listed as having soundproofing there was a lot of noise from other rooms. Breakfast had a good selection but regularly ran out of orange juice, last day had no meat on the hot buffet

Great location for the office I was working. Room was nice and a good size, nice breakfast. Shower was not thermostatic and went hot/cold. I could hear noise from adjoining rooms.

We had a great run. Breakfast hours were great. The hotel staff was amazing. A whole bus load of people walked in the door right before we did. Apparently it was a group. They had them sorted within minutes and I don’t think we waited to get checked in more than a minute or two. The young lady was very nice and accommodating. Later, I had some business with my lawyer they graciously provided with an email to send the file. They printed it up for me to sign and scanned it for me and sent it back to the lawyer within a matter of minutes. I would add that this is the same young lady that checked us in. She was amazing. She could almost anticipate what you needed and was ready to provide a cheerfully graciously and quickly. She was above and beyond. The best interaction I’ve ever had, and I’ve had many good ones.

Lovely hotel and lovely staff. Rooms were basic but had what was needed for a weekend city break. The hotel was a way out. Cheaper option of €1.50 per trip was a 45 min bus trip into the city which was picked up right outside the hotel and dropped off round the corner. Uber was only 20 mins if that and was around €14. Quiet area with a few cafes and restaurants dotted around but you did need to go into the city further for more of an atmosphere. Only downfall was there wasn’t any water or tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Could have also benefited from having the mini bar fridge stocked. Ideal for us as we were first timers to Madrid and was nice to get away from the hustle and the bustle. Great value as well.
