「Beautiful place, decor is lovely, large bedrooms, everything is so clean and well kept. Food in the bar and breakfast was lovely, veggie options are good. Staff are very friendly, especially stephen at the bar and Cameron on reception. This is our third time visiting Lanelay hall and will definitely be back. We especially like the Tribe spa area, outdoorpool was lovely and the inside pool is decorated lovely, relaxing music, scent and atmosphere. 」

「Love this hotel its really nice.chef had to come and kick the bathroom door in as the lock jammed and my partner was stuck in there a hour but thats no reflection on the hotel.the one thing that disturbed me was i booked a double room it was a twin when i got in they swiftly changed it to a double i knew this as id extended my stay and theyd kindly not turfed me out at 11 to come back in at 3 but on the last night the double mattress had been changed to 2 single mattresses which is not right...

「酒店大堂看似有點舊，有點髒，但房間內的牀單被舖卻很整潔。酒店有點偏遠，要走長長的斜路上坡下坡。如果駕駛就沒關係了。但酒店外環境美麗，可遠眺海景，常見海鷗飛翔，因位處於高地，似與天空連接在一起。酒店外有些外賣小店供應印度、中國等菜色。」

「Hotel was clean and welcoming. First impression in foyer is bright and modern. Room a little dated but personally I don’t care about that at all so long as it’s clean, which it was. I appreciated being able to open the window, a good shower with towels that actually fit around an adult, plenty tv channels and good supply of tea/coffee and biscuits. Sometimes thats just what you want when in a hotel for an evening! Staff were helpful and friendly. I wouldn’t hesitate to return or recommend. 」

「We were booked into a show and needed somewhere to stay for the night. Couldn’t have been more happy with the room which had everything we needed. Enjoyed a meal downstairs too. Would stay again. 」

「The setting is a lovely village green, a great place to try out the various ales on tap. The rooms are surprisingly spacious and well equipped. Although we found the beds uncomfortable. Breakfast is recommended especially at £7.50 per head, per morning (if you pay upfront). Although there are items missing that were on the online menu, everyone including me kept asking for the pancakes! Would highly recommend, as long as you can stomach the usual noise associated with a pub and unsupportive...

「Cleaning, customer services, comfort, all 10/10 I stayed in room 26 for a night with my sister, we had an amazing experience. Beds are clean, bathroom shiny clean, receptionists were very helpful and polite. I told her we start work at 8am so we have to leave at 7am, we don’t have time to have breakfast she kindly ordered us egg sandwiches (our choices) to be prepared before we leave in the morning. They gave us a big breakfast pack of egg sandwiches, apples, pack of crisps, a bottle of water,...

「This was our second stay at The Great House. Last time we had a room in the hotel building this time it was in the "annex". Very comfortable, large room. Staff were all really nice, very good breakfast on both days. Enjoyed the cocktails too. Thanks to all the team.」
