"The pool area is super small . For the size of the hotel it needs to be bigger . The food and drink was over priced. Just walk down a few blocks and you have better selection of food and cheaper ."

"Super stay at this Hilton. Outside of Santa Marta town and close to airport. Facilities are excellent with 2 pools and sufficiently equipped gym. Room was really comfortable. Breakfast was excellent with great choice. Nice to have the beach a few steps away. Staff very helpful and friendly- would recommend hotel if did not need to be in centre"

"Extremely dissapointed with their excursion services!! We felt robbed!!! We paid for a very expensive private tour that was nothing like what we got offered when we reserved it. There is a lot of improvement to be done with the quality of the food. The restaurants served for dinner what it felt like pre-plated food that was not fresh at all. The bar service wasn’t friendly and we felt like we were bothering them everytime you asked for a drink, even after tipping them. The property is doing construction on several parts and we were never informed before booking it. There is a lot of improvement to be done overall!"
