马格达莱纳豪华酒店

“Muy buen hotel, en medio de la naturaleza”

“Beautiful property and close to the main areas! That staff is super helpful and attentive. Just be cautious if you’re sensitive to the heat as the AC is a wall unit so the room doesn’t get cold easily!”

“Habitación limpia, buena atención y ubicación muy cerca del centro”

“This hotel's terrace upstairs is absolutely beautiful. It's built around a beautiful huge tree. The views from the terrace where breakfast is served are stunning. The staff is professional and so kind to always make extra effort. They made my breakfast to go when I was on my way to the airport.”

“Nice hope, with nice idea, but like a lot of hotels in Colombia very poor quality construction, if you pay attention to details. We stayed 2 nights in 2 different rooms, first night in the room which is most expensive in hotel and bed was too small and at list 50 years old and you feel it when you sleep on it, the second night rooms was cheaper, bigger with super huge bad. Nice pools but over chlorined. Nice stuff, nice idea, nice location.”

“The Hotel is not like what was offered when I booked the room, the picture are not representative of the hotel. The place is not in good condition and is full of old stuff, the room’s door had no lock.”

“I stayed there for four nights, only let them do the housekeeping one time, and after the housekeeping, two towels missed! And they said I stole that! They forced me to pay for those two towels even they got no evidence! The attitude is so bad, the breakfast is so bad, the swimming pools are not clean, and it's not close to the best part of the beach. They even double charge me for the dinner, which is totally like robbery. Think twice ice before you book this hotel, it's not worthy!”
