"This is a condo building turned to a hotel. The amenities and services are limited. They placed themselves as a 4 star property but they hardly match a 2 star one. The staff are polite and try to be helpful within given limitations. Limited places on beach and needed reservation ahead of time also no drinks (even they call it all inclusive), shower or toilets that makes it difficult to go back and forth to hotel to have the essentials. You need to pack food, drinks or buy as the only cafeteria/ Restaurant available on premises is closing after breakfast, lunch and dinner hours. Prepare yourself for a small room with a kitchenette that disconnected with a small espresso machine that you are given only 2 coffee puds to use, the lady will tell you that you are not allowed to have more for the day… the posted price and rank doesn’t match at all the offered services. We just wanted to thank some of the staff that tried to do their best to please customers. Others didn't care at all and more training is needed. Honestly no plan to come back to this property,"
