“We returned because we loved the property and still do. Love the staff, food is good, property is modern and well kept. Things to improve: new water bottles in room not a great idea unless staff could fill them every day. Also, loud music all day (even 2-3 different at the same time) can get tiring. Hope these can be fixed! Hotel Still worth the time and money.”

“Clean room and kind staff who were willing to help all the time. Spacious and nice pools with bar; however, there were not enough seats in the pool area for the amount of people during high season. The beach is nearby (around a 2min walk) and the property provides a specific space for their guests, as well as towels and chairs. ”

“The pool area is super small . For the size of the hotel it needs to be bigger . The food and drink was over priced. Just walk down a few blocks and you have better selection of food and cheaper .”

“Extremely dissapointed with their excursion services!! We felt robbed!!! We paid for a very expensive private tour that was nothing like what we got offered when we reserved it. There is a lot of improvement to be done with the quality of the food. The restaurants served for dinner what it felt like pre-plated food that was not fresh at all. The bar service wasn’t friendly and we felt like we were bothering them everytime you asked for a drink, even after tipping them. The property is doing……

“I stayed there for four nights, only let them do the housekeeping one time, and after the housekeeping, two towels missed! And they said I stole that! They forced me to pay for those two towels even they got no evidence! The attitude is so bad, the breakfast is so bad, the swimming pools are not clean, and it's not close to the best part of the beach. They even double charge me for the dinner, which is totally like robbery. Think twice ice before you book this hotel, it's not worthy!”

“All staff is friendly, rrady to snswer any questions or request you have. Beach área is kept cleaning and you get service there. Pools are climatized in the evening, which is good.”

“I loved my stay here. I needed somewhere to work everyday. It was nice to have such a beautiful view and be so close to the beach, restaurants and grocery stores. I cooked daily and the place was so nice to have burners and a fridge. I really appreciated the caretaker, they are so kind and helpful. The neighbors were great too. Especially as I’m not a Spanish speaker! Overall would recommend! ”
