La propiedad en sí es excelente pero en la publicación dicen que te entregarán una suite junior y ponen la foto de un jacuzzi en la descripción y luego llegas y te entregan una habitación deluxe pero sin jacuzzi y sin zona de estar. Hablamos con la recepción y culparon a Orbitz, hablamos con Orbitz y dijeron que las fotos solo para referencia. No estamos de acuerdo debido a que son las fotos en la descripción de la habitación y no las fotos generales, mi habitación era diferente a la de las fotos.

Realmente, decepcionante, varios aspectos a mejorar: La entrada check in muy tarde 4 pm El hotel no cuenta con restaurante y uno se tiene que desplazar a las otras torres para poder acceder a alimentación. Imposible, que el pase día tenga un valor tan costoso a$240.000 y si uno quieres invitar a alguien a la habitación o apartamento está prohibido. Se el tema de seguridad pero si fuera más accesible el precio sería más fácil su compra. Comimos en el restaurante a la carta y pésimo calidad precio. One of the worst customer service we ever had! We arrived at the hotel at 3:15 pm and check in was at 4 pm. the process was done by 3:38 pm but they wouldnt give us the room until 4 pm.. they said no after us asking nicely since we had a wedding to attend at 4:30 pm and we had to get ready . We had to wait until 4 pm because THEY DID NOT HAVE THE ROOM READY when check out is at 12 pm..Mediocre service! On another note the road to the hotel was terrible, all of the hotels in that street are owned by the same owner therefore they have no intentions to fix this. Breakfast is a scam, they have a transportation to another building to have breakfast, which this is not mentioned in the website. What kind of "hotel" is this??? and the reviews mention iits exceptional with a rating of 9.4l!!! what a scam!! dont believe this trap

Very nice and quiet area. The resort has several towers, and this one was by far the quietest, perfect for getting away from all the noise. You’ll need to walk or take the shuttle to reach the restaurants, bars, spa and other parts of the resort. This tower also has its own pool, which is very peaceful if you enjoy a calm and relaxing atmosphere. room are very big and fully equipped with a small kitchen area.
