  • Creek 'n Woods II is a Smoky Mountain vacation rental cabin in Maggie Valley, NC. This 2 bedroom, 2 bath cabin sleeps 6-8 people, and is fully furnished-all you need to bring are your clothes and food. Pet friendly as well (Up to 2 dogs at $75 fee). The cabin is located on a creek (very kid friendly) in the woods. There are rocking chairs waiting for you on the L-shaped covered porch. The hot tub is on the back deck, and at the end of a full day of exploring all that there is to do in Haywood County and the surrounding areas, it's a great place to soak away the cares of the day (or the sore muscles and possible bruises from skiing or snowboarding). A gas grill with an extra tank of gas is also on the deck for your use. Down on the bottom deck right next to the creek we a gas firepit to relax and warm up under the market lights. There is fooseball, movies, books, puzzles, and games for your enjoyment, WiFi and expanded cable are provided. The kitchen is fully equipped.

    The cabin is just minutes from golf at the Maggie Valley Club, The Wheels Through Time Museum, Blue Ridge Parkway, Great Smoky Mountains National Park, Cataloochee Ski Resort, and The Biltmore Estate.

    Also nearby are Harrah's Cherokee Casino, Cherokee Museum, whitewater rafting, horseback riding, fishing, gem mining, shopping, music, and more. Nothing is too far from Maggie Valley!

What a great property, loved the outside spaces! The space and beds were comfortable. The indoors could be freshened up a bit and have some TLC. A few things need to be fixed and 2 of us had allergic reactions to something in the house - carpet, bed linens?? Overall a great place!

Cozy overload

This nice cabin is so cozy with magnificent decks leading down to creek with fire pit. The creek’s sounds were so relaxing and refreshing. Hot tub was a nice addition. We enjoyed our stay in this cozy cabin.

Peaceful setting

Though this home is in a neighborhood it is very private. We enjoyed listening to the creek while sitting by the fire pit and the hot tub atea was also private and peaceful. Beds were comfortable and the living room was cozy. This was a great spot and we were very happy to have the opportunity to stay here!

A perfect place to stay

What a beautiful cabin! We stayed in March and the stream was full and flowing. It was very peaceful, and a great location. The teens said it was their favorite part of the trip. Would definitely book again!

We didn’t expect to see an 8’ tall Elk and his family, while enjoying the endless decks. This place was a fantastic mountain hideaway w/plenty of cozy nooks to hangout and spend time with your loved ones. Our family enjoyed our stay. Thank you so much for being a great host!

What a great place to stay, the kitchen has everything you would need including spices. The grill, fire pit and hot tub were all in working order. The rooms and living spaces are large and yet cozy. The decks have great views and we spent a lot of the day on the bench by the creek watching our dog enjoy the outdoors. Close to restaurants and bars. Will definitely rent again.

So relaxing

My husband and I had the most relaxing weekend here. Adam was very easy to contact and I felt like we could easily get a hold of him if we needed anything. The cabin was well stocked with all the necessities and some extras. We loved the deck and fire pit, privacy of the hot tub and cozy environment of the cabin itself. We went to waynesville rec department for some fun tennis and enjoyed some nearby hikes/walks. Really was perfect for a relaxing get away.

We stayed at this cabin at the end of October 2025 and had a great time! The cabin was clean, neat, and tidy. There is a fire pit, hot tub, and great (and spacious) porch area. The inside has a nice kitchen area, nice living room, and good size dining area. There is a gas fireplace (which we used a lot!), and plenty of room in the bedrooms. The hosts leave you plenty of activities if you have kids, including foosball, puzzles, checkers, and other games. The cabin is near many food options (I highly recommend Joeys for breakfast and J Arthur’s for dinner), the Great Smokey Mountains National Park, and the Blue Ridge Parkway. The cabin is in a neighborhood with houses on each side but it was very quiet; there is also a nice little creek that you can walk down some stairs and access. The hosts will email you driving directions but know that Google is wonky and the road to get to the cabin is one way around the block with an incline to get to the cabin (and all downhill to get back to the main road).

Mountain Getaway

We came to Maggie Valley as one of the special guests for the Hillbilly Jam and decided to rent a cabin this year instead of staying at one of the local hotels. It was the best choice we could’ve made. The Noe’s cabin was the perfect quiet end to the loud and fun days we spent meeting fans at the fairgrounds. We will absolutely stay there again and recommend anyone looking at this cabin to go ahead and rent it now. The soothing sounds of the creek at night sitting in the hot tub was perfect.

Cozy cabin in the woods

We had a great stay. Plenty of room for all of us. Loved that it has 2 bathrooms. The creek is very calming. The owner of the cabin was so nice and accommodating. Had a few hiccups but it was our fault. Had to call the owner late at night. And he did what he could to help us. We hope to visit again.

Our Second Stay!

This was our second stay at this property in Maggie Valley. Even though ownership has changed, the property and communication with the new owner was perfect! We love the location of the cabin. My two sons loved staying in the loft and playing Foosball. The creek is perfect and well maintained. They loved playing down there. We will definitely stay here again when we visit Maggie Valley in the future. Thank you!!
