LOCATION...LOCATION...LOCATION. Elk Ridge Cabin is located in the private
community of Cranberry Falls between the town of Maggie Valley and the town of
Cherokee.

The cabin is freshly painted and furnished. We pride ourselves on cleanliness thanks to our 5-star housekeeping crew. The cabin is stocked with linens, towels, cookware, appliances, smart TV (we do not provide cable, please log in to your own streaming accounts), and furniture.
*NOTE: Your safety matters. This property features exterior security cameras, on the
front and back of the house, all facing out. They do not look into any interior spaces.*
Second Floor:
- Master Bedroom #1: 1 Queen bed, double closet, full bathroom with shower tub, fresh
clean towels, toiletries provided.
- Master Bedroom #2: 2 Full beds, closet, full bathroom with shower tub, fresh clean
towels, toiletries provided.
-Computer niche with a desk if you need to work.
First Floor:
- Kitchen: Fully equipped, drip coffee maker, coffee/tea/hot chocolate. Stainless steel appliances, tea kettle, blender, toaster, microwave, dishwasher,
dining table for 6.
- Indoor Living: Gas fireplace, Smart TV (we do not provide cable, please log in to your own streaming accounts), washer/dryer, Wi-Fi, and board games. The cabin sits at over 4,350 feet and has a central heat system but NO AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM. To help circulate the cool mountain air, each room has a ceiling fan and all windows have screens.
- Outdoor Living: Screened-in porch, open wood deck with breathtaking mountain views,
wood-burning fire pit, gas grill, outdoor seating. Firewood should be purchased in bundles at the local store/gas stations.
Check-in at 4 p.m. and check-out at 10 a.m. Recommend arrival to cabin the first time before sunset.

Views and peace
Amazing views, great location to Asheville, Waynesville, Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. The house have all you need for a great vacation. We will definitely be back. Thanks Tatiana and Nick for sharing your place with us!

Convenient location
Nice house very close to Blue Ridge Parkway and Maggie Valley.Also near Cherokee Casino. Road up to house is gravel and bouncy. Not a problem, just dusty. Saw lots of elk in Great Smokie Natl Park. Mountains in every view!

Annual Family Mountain Vacation
We had an amazing time at Elk Ridge! When we arrived the cabin was immaculate and had everything that we needed. The host was very attentive and replied promptly with any questions or concerns, even sending a message to see if our check in was easy and we had a good first night's sleep. It was quiet and located conveniently to Maggie Valley, Cherokee and the Blue Ridge parkway. After booking the cabin I realized that it had no AC (this was my oversight and was clearly stated in the booking information). Being from Florida, we were concerned. We did not miss the AC AT ALL!!! Ceiling fans and screened windows allowed us to be more than comfortable all week in the late summer temps (some of us even needed a blanket when we watched movies on the Roku TV in the evenings). The views were breathtaking. The screened porch was so conducive to reading or just taking in the views. We made s'mores on the fire pit and grilled on the gas grill more than once. My husband spent many summer vacations in this area as a child/teen and this is our eighth summer taking our boys to experience the same. As a family we voted this year our favorite to date!

Cabin in the mountains
This is a charming cabin that sits on the side of the mountain. Beautiful views from the deck & windows. Very clean and well appointed. The screen porch is a peaceful respite to sit & read or to just quietly enjoy the view.
As the description notes, it’s best to arrive before dark if it’s your first time visiting because the road to the house is not paved & has some sharp turns/steep hills. This is what makes the view from the house so great — you are perched on the side of a mountain!
There’s also a grill available to use if you want and we can attest that grilling your favorite food while looking at the view is about as good as it gets!
If you like the mountains, this is the place for you!

Great property, great location
Cabin and property are exactly as described. House is spacious, comfortable, and equipped with everything needed for a relaxing mountain get away. Enjoyed the gas fireplace inside the cabin and the wood burning fire pit outside. Kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked with the essentials, and the coffee bar was wonderful. Host was great, checked in with us during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed and responded quickly. We'll definitely be back.

Fall getaway
Our stay at Elk Ridge was very enjoyable. We were there to look around the local area and see what amenities there were. We didn’t plan it, but managed to pick THE weekend to see all the wonderful fall colors. We took a ride on the Blue Ridge Parkway and took lots of pictures. The property was very clean and we really enjoyed the fire pit and the gas fireplace with push button timer - that was very convenient. We were extremely thankful for the coffee and filters provided as we were under the impression that there was a Keurig and brought k cups so the next morning being able to brew a pot of coffee was much appreciated. The property is off the road quite a bit, but that helps get you the views. My husband said driving up and down the road in to the property helped him decide that we need to be a little closer in to town, but for those who want to get away from it all it’s perfect!

A fall get away
We’ve always wanted to see the mountains in the fall time and ever sense we stayed at this location in Aug we had to come back and it was even better! The view every morning and the fire pit outside roasting marshmallows with my teenagers was priceless must go again

Vacation in Maggie Valley & Cherokee
Conveniently located approximately 10 minutes from Maggie Valley and 15 minutes to Cherokee. Very well stocked kitchen and nice screened in patio. The cabin is secluded and good place to get away and have a relaxing vacation.

Great Vacation Spot!
Great cabin on the side of a mountain with stunning view. Our family stayed 5 nights and it was absolutely perfect. Clean and very well furnished. Comfy beds provided great sleep. Location was amazing, short drives to Maggie Valley, Cherokee, and Waynesville. Loved the deck and screened porch. Would 100% stay here again.

Great place to stay, the location is between Maggie Valley and Cherokee, NC.
The place was great for 5 people. Nice and quiet, lovely surroundings, and clean.
Great kitchen and the 2.5 bathrooms had plenty of towels and space.
Would definitely stay here again.

We got their on friday. The house was amazing. They have everything you need to make it home away from home. Will definitely be staying hear agine. The check out time would be the only thing that i would change. Would recommend at least 2pm.

Great spot in the mountains.

Elk Ridge Pre Christmas stay
This stay was great especially right before Christmas time. Mr. Nick was a great host. He made sure to check in but to also give you & guest your space. This place was lovely and very peaceful. We had a great time & definitely recommend this place to others. Thanks Mr. Nick!
