「We have just returned from our sixth stay, and once again we had such a wonderful time.
From the delicious food and beautiful facilities to the incredibly friendly and welcoming staff, everything made our stay special. You can really feel that the entire team cares about making guests feel comfortable and well looked after.
The only thing that didn’t cooperate this time was the weather, but despite that, we had an excellent and relaxing time.
After visiting six times, I think that says...

「BEAUTIFUL MAINTAINED GROUNDS. FRIENDLY HELPFUL STAFF. WE HAD A PARTIAL SEA VIEW BUNGALOW - THE VIEW WAS GOOD & BUNGALOWS ARE LOCATED IN A QUITE PART OF THE RESORT. LOVED OUR BALCONY ( RM 30). MAIN CRITICISM OF THE ROOM IS THE OVER BATH SHOWER. WHOEVER PLANNED PUTTING THE TAPS IN THE CENTRE OF THE BATH AS WELL AS THE WIRE RACK & SOAP DISPENSERS HAS NEVER TRIED TO STAND TAKING A SHOWER IN THE BATH WHILST FIGHTING THE PLASTIC SHOWER SHEET - IT IS DANGEROUS . I CANNOT IMAGINE HOW HEAVIER / LARGER...

Schade.」Heike

「Amazing service, clean delightful little
Boutique hotel. Breakfast was simple but delicious and plenty of choice - the eating area was amazing. Partially alfresco, chilled and bright. Room was fantastic and as an avid gym go-er, it was great to have decent weights and kit selection on site. Plenty to do a morning workout session in which is exactly what I wanted for my mini break. I travelled solo and I felt really looked after and comfortable. Buses into Reythmo old town easy to get and...sarah

「Entry to the Hilton hotel was met with the customary sit down (welcome drinks, towels, a run through of the map and facilities of the hotel) which was nice
Reception staff was friendly as expected which is a requirement for front office staff. This was offset by a couple of pretty angry and rude buggy drivers. Nevertheless, doesn’t change our impression of the hotel too much.
The hotel had many pools which would have been great in peak summer with lots of」

「We had an amazing time everything from the transfers to and from the airport to the hotel, to the hotel itself just couldn’t fault anything. The staff couldn’t do enough for you and they were so friendly.
This was the first time going all inclusive we couldn’t have chosen a better place the food was so nice and so much choice.
The hotel was very clean and tidy the grounds were well maintained. We will be staying here again in the future.」John Ernest

「The serene and attentive experience at Amira practically guarantees my return. While the ambiance initially suggests a demographic of romantic couples, I visited for a getaway with my teenage daughter, and the execution was flawless. Their attention to detail is remarkable—from the intelligently designed suites to the highly proactive staff. The widespread buffet breakfast is a notable standout, offering extensive, flavorful choices alongside a custom egg station. The beach proximity, despite...

「The staff at the reception was amazing, and the cleaning staff was excellent as well.
Unfortunately, the rest of the experience was very disappointing. Staff members were removing plates before guests had even finished their meals, and there was constant shouting throughout the hotel. The alcohol served at the bar was of very poor quality. Overall, this did not feel like a 5-star hotel experience at all.」noelia

「Air conditioning did not work in mid-May but I think it’s because the season is early. It probably will work in June. Breakfast was simple but good. Pool was very nice. Room had a TV which was nice but the bathroom felt really outdated and always smelled like chlorine for some reason. Balcony was really nice. 」George

「Top!

「You cannot fault this hotel. The rooms were bright, spacious and the beds were oh so comfortable. There was a wide and varied choice of food. But I think what stands out the most was the exceptional staff. Their customer service was second to none. Nothing was too much trouble. They were flexible and helpful. I would especially like to mention both Lisa Smith in guest services and Despina who was serving in the water park bar. Both went out of their way to be kind, helpful and extremely friendly....Celia

「We stayed at the Syntopia Hotel for our summer holiday. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, they put in extra effort to get to know you and ensure you are having a lovely holiday. A few days into our holiday, they were automatically bringing our favourite drinks to our table at meal times which was very lovely!
The food had such a good variety with a different focus every other night. We particularly enjoyed the Asian night.
We would recommend staying at the Syntopia to everyone!」Lucy
