「It was my first time staying at the Rockport house and I thoroughly enjoyed it even though I was here only for one night. I would love to come back and explore the area since I haven't been to Rockport in years! I will definitely come back to stay」

「My experience was pretty bad. They were playing music till one in the morning. You could hear the base in my room.All night my tub would not drain when I took a shower and then a lady knocked on my door at nine o'clock to ask me if I drove a certain car and I did not.And I told them what I drove never again」

「Hotel was literally brand new and I loved how good everything smelled - new and clean. Staff was wonderful. Only issue was towels and sheets were so new that all the fuzzies came off on us. They need to be washed a bit more but smelled clean so we’ll take it! Parking is near a dispensary so that was not too great either…..but the hotel, worth ever penny!」

「We enjoyed our two night stay immensely. How could we not, with a lovely view of Good Harbor Beach and a seven minute walk to get there. The staff was EXTREMELY helpful and welcoming. The property is clean, attractive and well maintained and the Continental Breakfast was well-stocked and appreciated. The ONLY downsides: the water, which took several minutes to get hot (which they made us aware of at check-in) and the shower which was a bit crowded with the soap dispensers on the wall. And...

「Wonderful room, cool decor and such a neat building. The bed was super comfortable and the space to hang out in the room was relaxing. Location is perfect for browsing the shops and eating out. Using text to communicate with the concierge was also very convenient and easy.」

「Excellent location, easy self-checkin, responsive offsite staff. The room was cozy, clean, and included everything I needed. The only issue was noise - I could hear the people who checked-in above me from 5 pm till they finally went to bed a little after midnight. People seem oblivious to how easily impact noise travels in old NE construction. My room was also overlooking the parking lot and noise carried up easily from that.」

「Before I even arrived, I received a “goodbye” email — not exactly a welcoming start. Check‑in isn’t allowed until 4pm, yet the lobby closes at 5pm, which is incredibly inconvenient and not customer‑oriented. I didn’t meet a single staff member during my entire stay. The room had multiple issues from the moment I walked in. The towels appeared dirty, and what looked like blood stains on one of the pillows was completely unacceptable. The thermostat was set to 68°, yet the room climbed to 85°...

「Have stayed here twice. Very convenient to the college, easy check-in. Both times we were here, there was a blizzard, but the host helped dig our car out and kept the property clean and passable. Would stay again. 」

「Beautiful castle building, free coffee at the reception, staff are very friendly and helpful. They even offered me a ride to the train station when the next train was coming within half an hour. Overall it’s a very pleasant stay. 」
