“Great villa in a great location for accessing lots of the Paphos area. Pool and garden was perfect for chilling during the day and evenings, and the ping pong table was an added bonus. Area around the villa was also quiet with walkable bars and restaurants.Owner was really nice and welcoming in communications and telling us about the area before we arrived.Would happily stay here again.”

“Beautiful villa, central location with easy access to shops, restaurants and beaches. Clean and spacious rooms, excellent WiFi connection. The villa has everything you would need and the management company were fantastic. Carrie from ROCA was brilliant in resolving a problem with our pool and had someone out to help us in 30 minutes. Great location for exploring the island by car, lots of great tourist sites close to Coral bay, definitely go to Paphos harbour, Aphrodites rock, Latchi, Geroskipou……

“We spent a wonderful week at the villa. The location was fantastic, really quiet and peaceful but only a 5 minute walk away from bars and restaurants. There was also a supermarket within the 5 min walk but we had a car and drove to the large Philippos supermarket which was one of the best supermarkets I have been to on my holidays- a wide selection of products plus a great deli, meat/fish counters and bakers. The view from the terrace and balconies was fantastic, and it was lovely to sit and……

“Great Villa - Lovely pool, so warm - Ideally located - you don’t need a car but we hired one directly across the road from Villa - Transfer was there when we landed - we requested lactose free milk and it was there in the fridge when we arrived. . Check-in was very easy with key safe code. Air-con very affective. Kitchen utensils good but only used glasses and a few bits. Needed a bulb replaced and it was rectified within a few hours. Can’t fault it. Thanks. ”

“Easy to follow directions to villa. Great location, not far from village, Coral Bay, beach and supermarket. One bedroom on same level as lounge, other two upstairs. Nice kitchen, equpped with everything you need. There were some cleaning products also. Comfortable beds, blackout blinds in all rooms. Efficient air con. Plenty of sun loungers, lovely pool, which was warm in the afternoon. Double bedroom upstairs with large on suite, shower room on same floor which looks like its been recently……

Coral Bay and Peyia are a great place to visit and Villa Bay is a great place to stay. The Villas pool was fantastic and children enjoyed it all day long. I recommend this Villa ”

“We had a fantastic time. The large house had many bedrooms and bathrooms and was great for our family with young children. We managed to find a path to the sea through the adjacent banana plantation and enjoyed our time in the private pool in the backyard in the sunshine overall it was fantastic. ”
