“We had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this villa. From before we even arrived, communication was excellent, with a very informative PDF providing everything we needed to know about the villa, the local area and our stay. The villa genuinely felt like a home from home, rather than simply a holiday property. It was extremely well equipped, with lots of thoughtful little extras that made a real difference. The air conditioning was excellent throughout, and the recommended temperature……

“We absolutely loved our stay at this villa, Louise, the host, was incredible from beginning to end. She helped us with taxi transfers and even offered her car for us to use on the island. The villa was super spacious and clean, with everything you could possibly need. It truly felt like a home away from home, and there was even a resident cat we wanted to take with us! The location is fantastic, close to shops, restaurants, and two beaches, and Paphos is only a 20-minute drive for boat trips,……

“Great Villa in a quiet location ,”

Its in a small village which is well served by a local tavern, the Tsiokkas, together with a supermarket and sports bar. You will need a car to get about which we found fairly easy to do. Richard, the host, was extremely helpful and easy to communicate with. If we ever get the……

“Initial communications were excellent, and all questions and requests were dealt with promptly. However upon arrival, the villa did not live up to its description, it was in a poor state of cleanliness throughout, and did not appear to have been properly cleaned for some time, in particular the kitchen utensils and appliances were contaminated with old food residue. The shower pipework was leaking and judging by the verdigris stains has been in that state for some considerable time. The bedding……

The kitchen was particularly well equipped with plenty of good-quality crockery, cutlery, and utensils. The amenities were excellent, the pool was lovely, and there were lots of comfortable seating areas both inside and outside to relax. The beds were very comfortable, making for a great night's sleep.Communication with the host was superb from start to……
