「This was my 2nd visit with this hotel, and I'm so glad I booked with them. The bed is/was incredibly comfortable and the room was very clean and had lots of light . The view from the balcony is lovely and this hotel is very close and conveniently accessed from the bus stop. 」

「Check in very professional. Booked here and explained building works at last place, requested quiet room which was allocated. Taps didn't work at sink. Door to hotel apartment is broken, only stays closed with key locking. Water pressures for the shower is a trickle. Rock hard mattress, needed duvet on top of bed to sleep on top for any comfort. WORSE! At 8am in the apartment next door, building work commenced to a deafening level as drilling and hammering. 90 minutes of HELLISH noise...

「The room setting, service and light breakfast were very good. It was only the toilet odour in our room that we dislike most. We followed the hotel instruction of throwing toilet paper into the dustbin instead of toilet. The unpleasant odour might come from the toilet paper in dustbin or the sewage pipes.
