It was clean, the balcony large, the location by the airport and Maho Beach was perfect for us, and the nearby grocery store and restaurants was convenient. The view of the airport and beach was stunning. Our communication with the owner was well received-they responded promptly and courteously. I highly recommend this stay.」

「For 1551.00 a week total in , was the the greatest place , no windows to look out of , no pool , no balcony , kitchen light about the sink was a strobe light when using any water , bathroom or sink ??? Rooster and babies squawking 4 AM in the morning keeping you awake, was not happy for the money I spent, pictures show nice place , could of got better for that kind of money, sorry no referrals」

「Perfect location. Mike met us at the security gate and gave us a full tour of the property. The penthouse was perfect. Everything was clean, organized and ready for us to enjoy. Restaurants, grocery, beaches, etc... nearby within a few minutes walk. 3 pools (1 saltwater) and a private beach gave us a plenty of room to lounge. The property grounds were beautiful and very well maintained. Wonderful place and experience. This was truly amazing. 」
