“On checking in to my stay, the staff were very unhelpful. So much so that they didn’t explain to me that in the morning there was a back door you have to exit from, without knowing this information I found myself locked in the property with no idea how to get out. This made me very late for work. My room was boiling, and wasn’t advertised that it had no windows that opened to the outside. “I’m d highly recommended. I took my son for 2 nights & we had a twin room. Has so many positives for the price, it’s actually amazing value for money.
