➞ As standard we provide the following during your stay - Individually wrapped Tea, coffee, sugar and salt & pepper to get you under way for your stay

➞ Shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, soap and towels are included

➞ Check in time is 15:00pm and check out time is 11:00am

➞ Please note that parties and loud music are not permitted in this property

➞ Any disturbances caused will result in a £250 penalty fee

➞ A replacement fee of £100 will be charged for any lost keys

➞ Please note that we require all our guests to provide names of all guests staying and lead guest ID prior to check in which will be requested through a secure link via the Airbnb messaging service. This is for security and insurance purposes only
