"Room was clean and the decor was fitting. However stain on wall near aircon dial, room was far too warm aircon did not cool it, no fridge/cooler facility would have been a nice advantage. Staff welcoming and friendly. Entrance and facilities were looked after and smelt lovely"

"Hotel has really nice views, plenty of walks along the beach to spend on a sunny day. Spa area is ok, but quite full on the weekend so be prepared :-) Two things that were a little bit of a let-down; for a hotel that prides itself as a spa hotel it should really have shampoo and conditioner in the shower. Especially after pool time. Second thing is that the TV is not smart - just something to keep in mind if you want to chill after a little swim around the pool. Otherwise hotel and amenities are pretty good. "

"Excellent dog friendly hotel. The hotel is next to a busy road so highly recommend booking a lakeside room which are much quieter, large and have a good view. Whilst the hotel is quite tired, for the price we paid and service we received, it represents good value. Meals in the bar well priced too. "

"Pub is great, food pretty good but hugh price. Good breakfast. Rooms average and cole due to electric heating. Ev charger wasnt working during my stay unfortunate and disappointing becauae that was main reason for booking there"

"The whole stay was lovely. The room was great. Clean and very comfortable bed!! Staff were helpful. Love the free mini bar ! Such a nice touch Breakfast was delicious and freshly cooked . Staff were helpful with veggie options and we had freshly cooked sausages! I can really recommend staying here . Thank you Jane"

"The bathroom was starting to flood from the shower so i took out the plug to be greeted by a plug hole full of hair .which i cleaned out . please see attached picture. The breakfast was bacon that looked raw, Mushrooms that had been boiled to with an inch disintegration. When i complained didn't even get offered a refund Just i will let my manager know "
