“We’ve stayed at many places in Whistler, and this was the most disappointing. The room didn’t feel clean, and we found a bug that resembled a bed bug (staff told us it was a beetle). Regardless, we didn’t feel comfortable afterward. The swimming pool was closed (the hot tub was open), and interactions with staff were not helpful or welcoming. I don’t usually write reviews, but felt compelled to share this experience.”

“Communication was excellent. Location was great and we were within walking distance of everything. As far as the garage we were a little worried parking a suburban with prior reviews of the spots being too small but it was just big enough. Would definitely recommend. ”

“We were very disappointed with the condition of the sofa bed. Underneath it was a buildup of garbage, hair, and dust, and the surface itself had visible food, hair, and dust on it. It was completely unusable, and we had 5 guests so it made the sleeping accommodations extremely uncomfortable. Also we weren’t allowed to use Fireplace or Laundry machine. Tried to reach out to host after our stay about the sofa bed but got no reply. Other than that the location was good.”

“Whistler was a great location for our holiday getaway. And this property was located in a quiet area but so easy to get to slopes, restaurants, grocery, etc. We loved it and look forward to returning soon.”

“Kitchen has enough items to cook with however some of the dishes had a bit of wear, one of the coffee cups was cracked and leaked. Bathroom was fairly clean, but the jetted tub was not well cleaned out. When I filled the tub with water and turned on the jets massive clumps of hair and black mold particles came out so I would suggest cleaning those out for future guests. Bathroom amenities were quite cheap, the toilet paper that they used has got to be the worst quality I have ever seen in a……
