「We paid for a 4 1/2 star stay at this property, but we honestly felt that it should be rated no more than a two star! We were put in one of four buildings, and this particular building was completely outdated. Furnishings were old and dirty, and the carpeting was filthy…. The lightning was so dim, it made it impossible to safely climb and descend a very crooked steep staircase. The bed was comfortable but the carpet in the bedroom was filthy, and there are no outlets other than in the bathroom...

「Very nice hotel and centrally located in Providence, I was able to easily walk everywhere that I wanted to go and they also provide a shuttle if needed. My only complaint is I was excited to try the Heavenly bed, and found it very uncomfortable which made for a couple nights of poor sleep.」

No “hello or welcome”, he just said “step over here” (in a dark corner) and “I need the card you paid with”. I responded with “Hello how are you today?” Not a welcoming friendly vibe from the front desk staff who are as poorly dressed as the inn.
