"Very neat old hotel with lots of charm. But the elevators are a nightmare and take forever. Also overhead a few people complain about the AC in the rooms not getting cold."

"The property and staff were great, but the pool was too cold for my adult children and several other guests that came in to use it. It was a nice big clean pool, just too cold. We usually prefer a pool area with a hot tub, but didn't see one at any hotel in our chosen areas. The breakfast was one of the best. From the set up to the taste, to the room cleanliness, it was five star."

"Everything about my stay was great. The room was clean. Everyone at the front desk was friendly and helpful. Only person that was a little unfriendly was the lady setting out the breakfast, my disabled aunt used a coffee cup with a lid for her OJ so she wouldn’t spill it, and the lady tried to correct her on which cups to use."
