"Restaurants & gas nearby, staff at check in was okay but the check out lady was rude, I asked for a receipt and she said it's not her job .. after insisting she printed it. Breakfast is okay nothing impressing overall clean. The room temperature when I got there was freezing."

"Reviewing expedia not the room
The description of the hotel was 30 minutes approximately from our preferred location. Expedia failed to give an address until after I booked. Then when we found out the hotel was in Tadousac which is a ferry ride away which costs about $100 and doesn’t even run at this time of year, i tried immediately to get a refund through expedia and I couldn’t. So I phoned the hotel and they said no problem cancelling with no charge, but expedia still charged me even though I cancelled. I emailed expedia to explain rhis and have yet to hear from them
I will never use expedia again. I will attempt a complaint to paypal as well"
