An Excellent place to stay in Makassar

I really like this hotel, very well located in the middle of the city. Facilities are excellent, service is efficient, and meals provided are delicious and varied from Western to Asian. The rooms are large and very well designed, neat and clean. The only comment I would like to make is that I used the gym almost daily, but no one was there to help. But this is minor problem. The staff are very polite, efficient, and really try to help. I am very impressed and will stay again here whenever I come to Makassar.

For quality food, bad service but good room.

The food served isn't a part with an hotel of that standing. Breakfast has a limited choice and what is seven is all cheap in quality,. It's too bad. At lunch or dinner one has to wait a very long time and yet there was only some 8 guest eating. Bad timing with food service and the for is also barely warm. The housekeeping service was very good. The room are comfortable but the AC fan is much too loud even when set on low fan setting.

The staff at the front desk and restaurant as well as the porters were all very friendly and helpful. We found our room to be spacious, clean, and comfortable. The swimming pool was wonderful and offered a truly beautiful view of the city. If we find ourselves back in Makassar, we would stay here again. The food from the restaurant was just so-so, but it is available 24 hours, which is convenient if you need it. The only negative was the hotel shuttle driver who met us at the airport, as he wasn't very friendly, never introduced himself, had two boys at the airport help with the bags and then signaled that we needed to pay them, and only smiled when we tipped him, which we felt we had to do rather than wanted to do. As a woman, had I been alone in the car with him, I would not have felt comfortable.

I arrived late after a 3 hour flight delay. On the plus side, the pick up arrangements worked well. However, the reception person forgot to swipe my credit card and I had to go back down to the desk well after midnight. Also the AC didn’t work well in the first room and I had to change rooms. The floors did not appear clean in either room as the first one had paper scraps and the second plastic wrappers.

Amazing, helpful and friendly staff throughout the hotel. The restaurant on site had plenty of room and a good selection of dishes on the menu. The amenities are amazing as well with a pool, workout room and massuer on site located on the 15th floor.

Very good hotel, with friendly staff. A special thanks to Mr Fridaus. Large clean & comfortable rooms. A good selection of breakfast options & room service menu. The elevators can get busy when the function room is booked. I would stay there again and would recommend this hotel.

Tolle stadtnahe Unterkunft, vieles zu Fuß erreichbar. Check in und personal war sehr freundlich. Schön gestaltetes Zimmer und Hotel. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Nur die Dachterrasse war sehr enttäuschend. 3-4 Tische, keine Deko oder sonstiges nettes Ambiente. Sehr große Karte mit Cocktails etc. Aber es gab nur Bier oder Softdrinks.

가까운 곳엔 마트와 KFC, 버거킹 같은 외국인들에게 거부감이 덜한 식당들도 있고, 슐라웨시 섬의 커피를 맛볼 수 있는 가게들도 멀지않게 있어 아주 좋습니다. 서비스는 아주 만족하며, 가장 저렴한 방을 예약해도 방 상태는 썩 훌륭한 편입니다.

훌륭한 조식과 깔끔한 실내는 아주 만족스러웠습니다. 직원들의 친절한 응대 또한 만족스러웠습니다. 주변 인프라가 좋아 마트나 식당에 대한 접근성이 매우 훌륭합니다. 아쉬웠던 점은 냉장고가 작동되지 않아 고쳐달라고 2번 요청했으나 아무런 조치가 취해지지 않았습니다. 샤워기는 다양한 기능을 가졌지만 중간에 물이 새거나 청결 상태가 조금 아쉬웠습니다.

Un avis plus que mitigé. La chambre est spacieuse certe mais c’est l’un des seuls points positifs. La piscine est affreusement bruyante, l’eau n’est pas propre, les enfants se baignent tout habillés. Le petit-déjeuner est certa bien achalandé mais principalement pour les locaux. Le peux peut de viennoiseries est immonde, on a l’impression qu’elles sont rances. Le service au restaurant dure un temps infini et en plus ils se trompent dans la commande. Alors certe le personnel est très gentil et souriant. Mais on est très loin d’un 4 etoiles. Même pour un hôtel local. Pour une nuit avant de prendre l’avion ça fait l’affaire pas pour plus

This is a beautiful hotel with wonderful staff. My room was clean and beautiful and the room service was excellent! The service was really fast and the food was delicious. There is a wonderful pool/sauna area that has a beautiful view and was a great place to unwind after a long day of touring around.

Nice property, four star. Some plumbing items (regulating water flow and temperature) and other small things kept it from being five star. Breakfast was okay, not over the top. The bubur was more nasi than bubur, the cheese and cold cut selection was slim, I don't recall that there was a coffee machine for latter/espresso, and generally it was a solid 4 star buffet.
