"I stayed at Pikan Ephesus for three nights while touring Ephesus and Pamukkale. Overall it was a nice little hotel in a convenient location, though with a couple of frustrating hiccups worth knowing about before you go. Diyar, who handled check-in and was around throughout my stay, was very friendly and helpful. My door was broken and he showed me how to lock it at check-in, but the mechanism was a bit confusing, and the next morning I accidentally locked myself out — with my bag inside and my Ephesus tour departing in half an hour. Diyar did his best to help, even trying to get into the room through the window, but we couldn't manage it in time. I ended up having to dash to the nearby Migros (grocery store) to buy a hat and sunscreen before my tour, since everything I needed was locked in the room. Thankfully, my pickup ran about 15 minutes late and the tour company agreed to pick me up from Migros instead so it worked out — but it was a stressful start to the morning that could've been avoided with clearer instructions or a functioning door. Breakfast was also a bit of a letdown timing-wise. It's meant to start at 8:30am, but on the morning I needed it, service still hadn't started by 9:05. Aside from those issues, the room itself was a nice, atmospheric stone room — simple and bare bones, no TV and not many amenities, but clean and comfortable. Laundry for only 400 lira was helpful too."

"Had a lovely overnight stay at this hotel. The new owners were so helpful. Even took us to the bus station and made sure that we got on the correct but to visit another village that we want to see. Have a lovely terrace on the roof, and you can take your own drinks. Rooms at the back are quieter than the front."

"One of the best hotel we stayed in turkey 🇹🇷. The owner and his wife are very friendly. Their English is pretty 😍 it is a plus in turkey! The breakfast is delicious 😋. Rooms are clean and the location is right in front of son John’s."

"Although I started with booking online and staff not flexible with date change and refund, i ended up paying 1 extra night that I didn’t stay, but overall experience turned out to be really amazing. Since the time I got in, to when I left everyone was so friendly and helpful, they took time to share restaurant recommendations, things to do and helped with tea/coffee etc. I would definitely stay back with them next time!"

"This place has the upsides and downsides of a huge resort. If I have to pick one thing I love the most about this resort is the pool. Not only it has multiple, gigantic pool, there is also a wrap around pool that goes around all the ground floor rooms, which allow the guests to just step out of their sliding door, walk across the lawn and go straight into the pool. Super clean and well maintained. If the pool is the main thing you are looking for, you will not be disappointed. On the other hand, I would give the buffet (breakfast, lunch and dinner) a 3 out of 5. The staff has to turn 3 massive buffet daily while keeping the cost manageable, unavoidably you end up getting generic, cost conscious, pre-packaged hotel food for the most part. The quality of the protein is really lacking. I would recommend only doing 2 buffet, breakfast and dinner, for lunch the guests can rely on snacking options. The saved budget can be used to improve the quality and taste of the food instead."
