I had a wonderful experience at this accommodation. The property was impeccably clean, and the owner was incredibly helpful and responsive with their communication. The location was also a great bonus. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

Hassle-free, clean and pleasant place to stay for 2 nights. Communication and process for check in and check out is smooth, once communication is established. Pleasantly surprised to see a mahjong set in the unit - thanks! Suggest to make it more ‘livable’ by installing simple things like hooks in the toilet/room (eg. to hang clothes), bedside table (for ease of charging phone at night), and provision of hand towels…

The apartment, conveniently located next to the Marriott, was spotless and had ample beds for my family of five adults. It also featured a mahjong table, and the owner was very responsive to messages. We felt very secure and will definitely return.

Check in/out was easy. We found our parking and unit easily too. I was a little hesitant to transfer the RM200 deposit (heard too many horror Homestay stories). Anyway I got my deposit back on time as promised. Overall we had a comfortable stay. Near to the shops we wanted to go to.

Hidden cleaning fees.

There is hidden cleaning fees where it doesnt show when you booked the room. In short you have to pay for whatever rates here + cleaning fees. i paid for the room rate + cleaning fee. This is the second time I booked with this company HeyStay in this same property, The first time they requested deposit refundable after check out. But my deposit wasnt return, i guessed they forggoten. As for this time, deposit is being asked again + cleaning fees Place was ok. Aircond in the masterbed is not really cold. Place a lil dusty, but overall ok. Its just for 2 person, i think staying in hotels is better, since with this I can stay in pretty decent hotel in melaka.that comes with breakfast. So, if you have a big group is good to stay here. Or else go to hotels.

Nice apartment but........

Overall the apartment was very nice with wonderful views over the city and mountains, but there was one very big issue with the lower level bathroom. At some time the water heater must have leaked and caused the ceiling to collapse. This must have happened some time ago judging by the mold on the surrounding wall/ceiling. Although this didn’t prevent me from trying to use the shower, I did discover however that the hot water supply had been turned off, I assume because of the leaking water heater. I and my wife therefore had to take a shower in the upstairs bathroom where our friends where staying. In my opinion the apartment should not have been rented out in this condition. Other points of note, the bedrooms are somewhat sparsely furnished with no bedside tables or lamps meaning anything that was needed while in bed had to be put on the floor. Also the bathrooms could use some shelves and hooks/hangers to put towels and clothes on. Apart from these issues the apartment was very nice and clean with a lovely view from the high floor that the apartment is located on. If it wasn’t for the bathroom issue I would have no hesitation in rating this apartment as 5 star.
