「The host was responsive; the check-in was seamless; the property is in a safe neighbourhood, close to Port Stanley's downtown and beaches; everything is on one floor, so it is accessible; the house was spotless; all amenities, as advertised. We had contact with the host re: a couple of minor issues (internet related) and he returned our messages immediately. We would definitely book this property again.」

「We were happy to find the place expected: clean, neat, everything we needed, all easy to find, all communication prompt and clear. Diana replied quickly to questions. 「Everything went really well. The apartment is perfect and clean. The only two issues are: (1) the apartment was very hot and we couldn’t find the control for temperature; (2) the outside of the apartment like the entrance to the building and the building corridors were but clean and the stairs entering the building is slippery. However, if I go to London again I would use this place especially over summer.」

「We came into town for one night to tour the University with our daughter. The apartment was very spacious and clean. My daughter loved having her own room and washroom. The kitchen was well-equipped, and we were able to make breakfast in the morning before checking out. The location is great - it is in a quiet neighbourhood and close to the University and restaurants. The only issue we had was that the coffee maker didn't seem to be working, so we bought some instant coffee.」
