「I had a very good and peaceful stay experience in Lugano with a lake-view balcony suite. The huge room with a spectacular view was nicely set up, and the gymnasium facilities were perfect. However, the kitchen was not for cooking; only the kettle worked. In addition, the staff was kind and helpful.」

「第二次路过入住了，除了房间小点以外没有任何缺点，首先，前台服务极其热情，知道我第二天早起不能吃早餐，特意预备了take away有水果、矿泉水、两个汉堡还有一个巧克力棒。知道我没有买到去意大利的火车票特地帮我申请了可以到边境小城的全州免费公交票。那个票其实真的可以很好用的，只可惜我没时间用。 酒吧是二十四小时服务，不小心打碎了酒杯也没有要我赔偿，真的挺不好意思的。后面还有花园和游泳池，可惜没时间享受。 离火车站仅仅三五分钟步行时间。 如果非要说缺点的话就是进市区要下山，毕竟火车站在山上，酒店挨着火车站，而住市区依山而建临着湖。不过火车站有缆车可以直通市中心，下山回来半路上才发现的，可惜没有体验到。」

「Die Wohnung war toll und sauber. Die Getränke der Minibar sind kostenlos nutzbar. Im Garten ist ein Pool, der genutzt werden kann. In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden außer ein Toaster. Es gibt nicht so viel Stauraum in der Wohnung. 」

We don’t know how he can think of so many details it was very comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. 」
