"Great location, helpful staff, super hot in Bruges so our room was a little warm. They offered to move us which we turned down but they brought us a fan. Comfortable bed. Nice robes and slippers, we asked for ice for a bottle of champagne we brought with us and they delivered it promptly. The lounge was very plush and good service. Only negative is the 8 or so stairs we had to get our luggage up to reach our elevator in ā€œthe new partā€ of the hotel. Easy to get an uber pick up at the hotel to get to the train station."
