"Our stay at Conrad Manila was nothing short of amazing truly the best example of Filipino hospitality! 🇵🇭✨ From the moment we arrived, the customer service was on another level. Everyone from the guests services were so helpful, every staff we pass by says hi with a smile on their faces. They went above and beyond by surprising us with complimentary sweets to celebrate our son’s first time in the Philippines, plus the cutest carabao stuffed toy 🐃such a thoughtful and unforgettable touch! Breakfast was a highlight too, with a wonderful showcase of Filipino dishes that made the experience even more special. And the location? Perfect! The easy access to nearby malls made everything so convenient."

"Everything was good except the aircon wasn't that strong which made the room kinda warm and uncomfortable. We checked the filter and it was built up with dirt and dust. After cleaning it the aircon finally got the room nice and cold."

"The Superior Twin is in dismal condition: the bathroom door and frame were deteriorating from the water, the bathroom sink has a big crack, and the bedsheets had some visible stains. Having said this, the staff remain courteous."

"The hotel needs a lot of upgrades. Design though is not bad. They should improve soundproofing of their rooms. We can hear every thing on the hallways, and the rooms are adjacents, so we can hear them talking and laughing. The hotel may have been advertised as a resort, so the locals come over and party for a few days. On our 2nd day a group of families checked in. I was so tired so I was about to take a nap, when the noise started. A kid yelling continuesly like he was on the street. Then the adults meet in the hallway and talk, laugh like they are in a party. So we asked to be transferred to a different room away from our floor. They did, but we were awaken by the adjacent room checking out the adjacent door, and people upstairs dragging something. If you're looking for a place to sleep for a night or two, this hotel may work. If you're looking for a place to rest after a day of work, this may not be the one. The staff however is excellent, each and every one that we had encountered during our stay there made us feel very special. "

"The unit had serious issues, including cockroaches and a non-functioning refrigerator. While the property manager made an effort to address our concerns by contacting the owner, the problems were not resolved satisfactorily. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend renting this unit to others."
