「Die Finca ist wunderschön und sehr ruhig gelegen. Der Außenbereich der Finca ist phänomenal und einzigartig angelegt. Wirklich sehr sehr schön. Die Besitzerin ist wirklich sehr herzlich und freundlich - und zu unserer Überraschung war der Kühlschrank bereits gefüllt bei unserer Ankunft mit Leckereien aus der Region. 「Älteres Haus in ruhiger, ländlicher Lage bei Binissalem. Küche mit allen notwendigen Utensilien ausgestattet, auch eine Grundausstattung mit Gewürzen etc. war dort vorhanden. Der Pool (Luftmatratze und Schwimmtiere vorhanden!) und die Terrasse sind besonders gut. Ebenso gibt es einen großen Carport. 「Sehr schöne Unterkunft. Haus und Pool waren sehr sauber. Die Umgebung sehr ländlich und ruhig. Ein Auto sollte man haben, denn die Wege zum Einkaufen usw. sind fußläufig nicht erreichbar. Einziges Manko ist die geringe Anzahl der Handtücher. Es gibt zwar eine Waschmaschine, aber dann müssen die Handtücher fast täglich gewaschen werden. Die Vermieter sind äußerst nett. Wir empfehlen das Haus und würden wiederkommen.」

「Das Häuschen war für uns zu zweit mehr als perfekt. Es liegt sehr zentral in der Inselmittel, sodass mit dem Auto alles gut zu erreichen ist. Wenn man dann doch seine Ruhe haben möchte, kann man im Haus oder im schönen Außenbereich entspannen und den Blick auf Felder und Wiesen und Sant Joan genießen. Der Ort ist in etwa 20 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Dort gibt es auch einen kleinen Supermarkt. Der Vermieter war sehr nett und insgesamt hat alles einen liebevollen Eindruck gemacht.」

「Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Die Küche bietet alles nicht nur fürs Frühstück, sondern auch zum kochen für 6 Personen. Sehr schöne Zimmer, sehr saubere Bäder mit bodenebener Dusche. Der Pool ist perfekt! Vom Haus kann man in 10 min nach Alaró laufen, es gibt dort mehrere Bäcker, einen sehr gut sortierten Supermarkt und einige Restaurants und Bars. 「We really enjoyed our stay, despite the freak storm that hit whilst we were there! The owners made us feel very welcome and came to our aid immediately after the storm to clear debris from the pool and garden area. The house is perfectly located for exploring the island in any direction. The views across the flat lands were beautiful and the nearby town of Sineu is incredibly charming and the people very welcoming. The weekly Wednesday market is an absolute must. 「We didn’t need the aircondition as it was not that hot anymore in October but I can guess in summer you really miss the aircon in the bedrooms. The mattresses were quite soft for us but that might be personal taste. Otherwise the livingroom was very cozy as well as the big terrace with beautiful views over the mountains and Montuïri. We enjoyed most the terrace and the pool area which was also very clean and well kept.」
