The villa was very run down compared to previous visits when it was managed by James Villas. Kitchen over run by ants, broken utensils and musty smelling furnishings. Mallorca Villa Company very difficult to work with and made run up to holiday very stressful. Would not book again. Poor for the cost of accommodation

Very clean and nice property. The view is beautiful; we loved sitting out on the deck to eat. The place is well-stocked with all the kitchen things you need, and bonus, they have a great water filtration system. You can hear people walking above you, but we just brought some noise machines and ear plugs for nighttime and were fine. The pool is a little small but our daughters enjoyed swimming nonetheless. Overall I would recommend it!

La tranquilidad y la localización, muy cerca de Pollensa y Alcudia. El tamaño y distribución de la casa eran estupendos y el jardín y la piscina estaban cuidadísimos. La cristalería y la vajilla me han parecido muy escasas y pobres para una casa de ese nivel y precio. Tampoco existía un juego de desayuno completo.
