The hotel is in front of the beach and is halfboard. There dinner menu changes everyday and has many option. We enjoyed our stay in this hotel.

The hotel is located next to a very noisy street and they are unable to control the noise outside, therefore if you are on the wrong side of the hotel you will experience very uncomfortable amounts of noise all night long. There is no way to know this until you’ve arrived at your room. Some parts face quiet sections.

Good surprise in El Arenal
Building located in the Arenal area, sea front. Team is outstanding: professional, polite, customer oriented. Buffet dinner is way above expectations showing variety and quality, Breakfast is good and room is comfortable and clean. A small remark: room soundproof is not that great meaning that in pick season, neighbour rooms and corridor noise can be bothersome.

Excelente atenciones
Un hotel muy cómodo, con excelente atenciones de todo el personal, se preocupan porque te sientas bien en cada momento. Tanto el desayuno como la cena muy rico y variado. Hay una parada de bus a sólo 100 metros del Hotel, que te conecta con el Aeropuerto o con la ciudad de palma de mallorca.

Food variety was perfect
The hotel receptionist where very friendly the food variety was 10/10 beach near by this hotel would of been better in summer however the rooms are very small and the rooms no slippers , bath robes nothing was provided for a 4* hotel I was expecting it to be abit better but over all I would rate it 7/10

Great hotel at a great value - clean and comfortable rooms with great views, good selection on the breakfast and dinner buffet and ideal location right across the way from the beach. One thing to note is that the area primarily draws German tourists and is surrounded by German restaurants and nightclubs - which means for those travelling from other countries and looking for more traditional Spanish food and fare, you have to travel into town and away from the hotel.

Top Lage. Super nettes Personal. Das beste Hotel wenn man an der Playa ein paar schöne Tage verbringen möchte. Nur das Buffet ist Massenabfertigung. Preis /Leistung des Buffets ist aber super. Wer Urlaub aber auch mit gutem Essen verbindet, sollte ohne HP buchen und ausserhalb die vielen Restaurants nutzen.

Modernes, sauberes Hotel mit ausgezeichnetem Essen
Das Hotel bietet einen guten Service, wurde komplett renoviert und ist sehr sauber. Auch, dass alle Zimmer über einen Balkon verfügen. Ich hatte Halbpension gebucht und habe die reichhaltigen schmackhaften Büffets sehr genossen. Das Hotelpersonal war besonders herzlich und serviceorientiert. Wegen eines Schadens an meinem iPhone, den ich verursachte, war mir die Rezeption äußerst behilflich den Schaden mit meiner Versicherung zu regulieren. Tolles Hotel, nicht mal 100 Meter zum Strand. Ich würde dort persönlich zu Normalen Ballermann Zeiten, nicht übernachten. In der Nebensaison und auch wegen Corona war es dort ruhig und ein schönes Wochenende. Vielleicht mal wieder für eine Wochenende in der Nebensaison.

Amazing sea view!
Another great experience at Riu San Francisco! Staff at reception and restaurant are all nice, kind and friendly. I truly recommend the rooms with sea view at higher floor (5th is the highest for standard rooms), as you can enjoy an amazing sunset view while relaxing at your balcony. The hotel is placed in front of a very enjoyable pedestrian promenade with no traffic. The rooms are spotless clean and I really liked the turquoise details. Room doors are still locked with a normal key, no key card is used in the hotel, but that's not a big deal. Half board consist of a buffet with a wide variety of food, both at breakfast and dinner. Surely, I would recommend this hotel for great value of money. A perfect stay for your holiday!
