We are a family of 5 with 3 adult children. Had plenty of room with space for us all to spread out. Great pool and spa. Defiantly need a car !

We loved the building and the location. The pool was perfect for the children - large, clean and safe. Only issues were - getting hot water to the kitchen, and the bedroom above, were close to impossible - pressure was low and it took 10 mins or more to get a hot shower. The kitchen, whilst OK was not ideal for our nine person party. There was no real space to store food for a party our size. The fridge is big but needs to be bigger. We struggled to get it could enough too. The oven was OK but was not clean and so smoked and smelled when we used it. Also the timer was broken, not needed by us but maybe by someone. This was known to the owner so why was it not fixed? A couple of minor things were that there were not enough tea towels given the amount of washing up 9 people can generate and we could only find 3 egg cups - not a big deal, but why not enough for the maximum party size advertised?

Der Aufenthalt war so lala. Die finca ist in die Jahre gekommen. Die sanitĂ€rinstalation muss dringend ĂŒberholt werden. Die Zuleitungen waren schmutzig und mussten gereinigt werden. Das geschah kurzfristig. War ok. Kaffeemaschine brauchte sehr lange. Die Zimmer sind ok aber die Betten sind so nicht mehr zeitgemĂ€ĂŸ. Positiv ist die GrĂ¶ĂŸe zu bewerten und der Ausblick bis Port pollenca. Wir werden die finca nicht mehr anmieten.

Fuimos 10 personas y la verdad la villa ofrece todas las prestaciones y servicios que ofrecen en el anuncio. La villa es grande, cĂłmoda y bien distribuida, tener la piscina con ĂĄreas verdes es fantĂĄstico. Hay espacio para 5 coches. Como sugerencia hace falta mucha mĂĄs iluminaciĂłn en el ĂĄrea de la piscina, creo que se puede aprovechar mĂĄs por las noches

We really enjoyed our time at the villa and we would have given 4 stars except the sun beds were in a terrible condition,also it would have been great if you had some large plastic containers to keep the food in once opened to keep the Ants out, I know you can’t do anything about Ants but it would have made a big difference to us.we loved the pool it was so nice and lovely and warm

Wir waren eine Gruppe von 9 MĂ€dels und haben uns von Anfang an super wohl gefĂŒhlt. Die Kommunikation mit Cati ĂŒber Nachrichten war hervorragend. Die Finca mit 5 Zimmern und BĂ€dern sowie KĂŒche und Wohnzimmer ist sehr sauber. Die KĂŒche könnte an einigen Stellen erneuert werden, wie z.B. der Backofen oder die klemmenden Schubladen. Die Sonnenliegen haben ihre besten Zeiten hinter sich und sollten ebenso erneuert werden. Der Blick auf das Meer und Pollenca war wunderschön. Mitten in der Woche wurden erfreulicherweise unsere HandtĂŒcher vom Putzpersonal ausgetauscht. Der Pool und Whirlpool war sauber und schön. Die Tischtennisplatte haben wir tĂ€glich genutzt, hier wĂ€ren neue TischtennisschlĂ€ger sinnvoll. Die Klimaanlage lief im ganzen Haus ohne Probleme. Alles in allem sind wir sehr zufrieden und können diese Finca weiterempfehlen.

Wir haben zum wiederholten Mal bei dieser Vermieterin gebucht und zum 2. Mal diese Finca/Villa Mastaguera. Wie auch die vorherigen Male waren alle 3 Generationen (wir, Kinder und Enkel) ausgesprochen zufrieden. Das Haus und die ganze Anlage sind in einem guten Zustand und der Ausblick auf Polenca und in Richtung Port de Alcudia ist herrlich. Die Enkel haben die meiste Zeit im Pool und im Whirlpool verbracht 😎. Vom Flughafen ist es in weniger als einer 3/4 Stunde zu erreichen und leicht zu finden. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Wir waren mit 9 Erwachsenen und 2 Kleinkindern fĂŒr 2 Wochen in der Finca. Es war alles da, was man braucht, manches könnte allerdings durchaus mal gegen was neueres getauscht werden. Die Kaffeemaschine war defekt, so auch das umgehend bereitgestellte Ersatzteil. Cati hat dann eine komplett neue gebracht. Die Klimaanlage in einem Zimmer hat leider auch nicht richtig funktioniert und musste zwei mal repariert werden, was aber auch immer schnell passierte. Eine ToilettenspĂŒlung lief die ganze Zeit durch, was in der ersten Nacht etwas unschön war, dann aber gefixt werden konnte. Die Ameisen sind allgegenwĂ€rtig, allerdings nur außen und eigentlich stören sie nicht. Wir haben keine Fallen aufgestellt. Sehr störend waren aber die Wespen, die in den letzten drei Tagen aufgetaucht sind und jedes Essen ziemlich erschwert haben. Ein Nest konnte von Cati nicht gefunden werden, stattdessen bekamen wir einen Insektenvernichter, den wir selbstverstĂ€ndlich nicht gegen die Tiere eingesetzt haben. Die Finca an sich und die Lage mit phĂ€nomenalem Ausblick ist fantastisch und wir wĂŒrden sie auch weiterempfehlen. Auch die Kommunikation mit Cati (englisch) und deren prompte Reaktion war sehr gut. FĂŒr fĂŒnf Sterne waren aber doch zu viele GerĂ€te bzw. GegenstĂ€nde defekt. Dennoch haben wir die 2 Wochen sehr genossen. Das Haus wurde nach einer Woche komplett gereinigt und die HandtĂŒcher wurden zweimal getauscht. Wichtig ist ein Mietwagen, da man ansonsten auf Taxis angewiesen wĂ€re.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in einem wunderschönen Objekt fĂŒr 8 Tage. Ein Mietauto ist ein muss, wie fĂŒr so ziemlich alle fincas die lĂ€ndlich liegen. SupermĂ€rkte und diverse StrĂ€nde wie Playa de muro in der NĂ€he (ca 15 min Fahrzeit). An sich fanden wir das Objekt aber leider etwas zu teuer fĂŒr das, was tatsĂ€chlich geboten wird. Denn der Herd/Ofen in der KĂŒche ist ziemlich alt und funktioniert nicht mehr gut. Generell sehr alte KĂŒchengerĂ€te. locker die HĂ€lfte der dĂŒsen im whirlpool funktionieren leider nicht mehr. Die liegen am Pool könnten auch endlich mal ausgetauscht werden. Nicht nur weil sie sichtbar alt und teilweise abgenutzt sind, sondern weil sie auch ĂŒberhaupt nicht schön und hochwertig sind
 bei dieser Preisklasse kann man definitiv etwas besseres erwarten. An den genannten punkten sollte dringend nachjustiert werden. Der Garten macht auf den Fotos einen grĂ¶ĂŸeren Eindruck als er tatsĂ€chlich ist, aber das ist vielleicht auch lediglich mein subjektiver Eindruck. Positiv zu erwĂ€hnen ist, dass jedes Zimmer eine Klimaanlage und ein eigenes Bad hat. alles in allem war es ein schöner und entspannter Aufenthalt, hier hat man seine Ruhe und von jeder Seite eine wunderschöne Aussicht. Bei gutem Wetter sieht man auch das Meer im Hintergrund. Die Kommunikation lief mit Cathi stets reibungslos und WĂŒnsche, wie zb den Whirlpool wĂ€rmer einstellen, wurden ohne zu zögern erfĂŒllt.

Sehr schönes Objekt, leider in die Jahre gekommen, die KĂŒche mĂŒsste erneuert werden und auch vieles an Mobiliar! Die Sofas sind mit Decken abgedeckt, weil sie so alt und hĂ€sslich sind. Bei Ankunft musste das Objekt nachgereinigt werden. Die Außenanlage mĂŒsste mehr gepflegt werden. Trotz allem haben wir uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt, weil es viele Möglichkeiten fĂŒr eine große Gruppe/Familie gibt. Jedes Zimmer hat ein eigenes Badezimmer und die gesamte Finca ist sehr weitlĂ€ufig und liegt in einer fantastischen Umgebung.

Gemeinsam mit ein paar Freunden haben wir sehr erholsame Tage verbracht. Wir haben uns in der Finca sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt und wĂ€ren gern noch geblieben. Bis auf den in einigen BĂ€dern sehr geringen Wasserdruck war alles tip top!

We have had such a fantastic holiday at this villa. It's beautiful. Large property over 2 floors with an interesting layout. Stunning views across ancient olive groves to Pollensa old town in one direction and the resort of Alcudia and the sea beyond in the other. Lovely pool, outside dining area, with BBQ in a shady courtyard. Hosts were great. Only minor issue was a blocked drain in one of the en suites which was sorted the next day. Pictures don't do it justice. Would definitely come again.

Lovely old villa with great views and a great pool. Enjoyed our holiday there,downside is you need a car to get around and the property needs updating especially the kitchen area.BBQ not in a good place.

Die Finca liegt sehr schön etwas erhöht. Der Aussenbereich ist sehr schön und gepflegt. Beim Pool gibt es einen Sonnenschirm und weiter hinten auf der Wiese diverse BÀume die Schatten spenden. Der Whirlpool liegt auf der ersten Etage und man hat einen schönen Blick auf die Berge. Das Haus innen ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Badezimmer sind bis auf eines noch mit Badewanne und Duschvorhang ausgestattet. Die Kommunikation mit der Betreuerin der Finca war einwandfrei. Sie hat stets sehr schnell geantwortet und sofort reagiert.
