"晚上11时卫生间的洗面盆堵塞了。客房服务回复，工程人员下班了只能更换房间。对顾客而言入住酒店，并不是为了换房间。就像网上购物，并不是为了可以退货。很多在服务性行业工作的人还有这样的误区，认为既然可以给你免费退货，为何要给差评？他们不了解顾客花了钱。购物或住酒店是为了能够更好地享受。而不是退货或换房。及后向客服提出要用吸尘机，回复也是一样，清洁人员下班了，无法借用。偌大一间酒店，竟然在夜间没有应急服务人员当值，一旦出了问题。，顾客就唯有收拾行装换房。很难想象这样的事情出现在当今的中国。"

"The lobby is clean and nice but room condition is poor. No elevator to rooms so you have carry you suitcases up the stairs. The onsite onsen is also poorly maintained. Staff is friendly, helpful and accommodating though. Good job to them but I won’t recommend this hotel for the price it was listed ..."
