"Great hotel overall with a lovely view and very friendly, helpful staff. The only downsides were that the air conditioning wasn’t available (heating only), so we had to leave the balcony open, especially at night, to get some fresh air. Breakfast options were also quite limited. It would also have been more considerate if late check-out was handled more flexibly. Availability wasn’t an issue when I asked, but there was still an extra charge for just a few additional hours, whereas some other hotels offer this complimentary when possible. "

"Genuinely such amazing service. Shout out to Pepe in the restaurant and all the other staff from waiting to housekeeping to reception to spa. Just excellent service and not too far from Palma and the airport. "

"Really loved the stay. The view, the breakfast buffet and the mini mart close by made it easy to stay at the hotel. It was about 40 mins on the bus from the city centre which was perfect for a day out of exploring. Some staff via telephone were rude and put the phone down when they didnt understand english and someone called at 12pm to leave the room when I had paid for a late check out but other than that the stay was very pleasant. "

"nice reasonably priced hotel in the middle of Can Pastilla and just one bus stop from Alicante Airport... with a courteous and friendly receptionist who made check in easy.. Room was nice and quiet and had all amenities, was spotless and spacious with a sunny balcony. Breakfast was fresh and filling... Hotel is located less than a 2 minute walk from one of the best beach promenades in Mallorca... "

"Beautiful view of the sea, the staff was incredibly nice and made my stay easy! The spa is nice, the pools and beach are beautiful, and the hotel itself was very clean. Would stay here again if I ever come back!"
