The cottage is well-located, just a short walk from the town center where we found great restaurants and a supermarket, The interior was cozy, with a nice fireplace that made our evenings special, We appreciated having a children’s bed and high chair available for our little ones, It was a practical choice for our family getaway, although it could use some updates in decor

Wat een idyllisch huis is dit zeg. Net of je terug in de tijd gaat. We hebben het fantastisch gehad. We werden hartelijk ontvangen door de eigenaresse, de biertjes stonden al klaar in de koelkast. In het huis is werkelijk alles aanwezig. Vele spelletjes voor de kinderen. Ook veel dvd’s en cd’tjes. Ook de gezellige open haard maakt het verblijf echt super. In de omgeving kan je mooie wandelingen maken. Boodschappen kan je doen in Malmedy waar alles te vinden is. Malmedy is een gezellig stadje. Ook de watervallen van Coo is niet al te ver. Al met al echt voor herhaling vatbaar😀

Zeer gezellige cottage met goede ligging, zeer volledige uitrusting en prachtige tuin, MAAR NIET VRIJSTAAND !! De eigenaar woont niet alleen naast de cottage, maar eigenlijk onder hetzelfde dak. Dit is dus geen vrijstaande vakantiewoning maar een halfopen constructie. Hadden we dit geweten hadden we deze niet gekozen. Spijtig maar ietwat misleidend.

Wat een geweldig huis. Helaas waren we hier maar een weekend, hadden heel graag nog iets langer gebleven. Je kijkt je ogen uit in het huis, zoveel te zien. Zeer ruime woon- en eetkamer en keuken. Het is van alle gemakken voorzien. En wat een fantastische tuin!!! We komen graag nog een keertje terug.

als eerste gasten na de Coronalockdown waren we heel welkom ook al was het op een ander uur dan het normale aankomstuur. Alles piekfijn in orde en de prachtige tuin en tuinmeubilair uitnodigend klaargezet met zelf gekoelde wijn en bier in de frigo. Ongelofelijk veel te ontdekken zowel in de tuin als in de kasten om bij slecht weer toch veel afleiding te vinden, zowel voor kinderen als volwassenen. In het dorp beginpunt van mooie bewegwijzerde wandeling, Kortom, we komen graag terug.

De aankomst was heel fijn. Een fles wijn en twee locale biertjes in de koelkast en toen de eigenares zag dat we kinderen hadden, vulde ze de koelkast aan met drie vruchtendrankjes. Heel warm ontvangst. De accommodatie is zeer sfeervol. Mooie lichte keuken met uitzicht op de enorme tuin. Da tuin is echt geweldig! Mooi, groot, speeltoestellen voor de kinderen en verschillende zitjes. Meer van Robertville vlakbij en mooi mountainbikeparcour. Topweek gehad!

Sfeervolle historische woning met mooie tuin. De nieuwe eigenaresse is heel gas ...

Sfeervolle historische woning met mooie tuin. De nieuwe eigenaresse is heel gastvrij. Ze spreekt Frans, maar verstaat ook Duits en Nederlands. Bij aankomst stond er bier, wijn en appelsap in de koelkast en het haardvuur was al aangestoken. In de woonkamer lagen walnoten en koekjes. De woning was zowel binnen als buiten stijlvol in kerstsfeer gebracht. Veel spelletjes, knutselmateriaal en boeken aanwezig in de woning. Mijn kinderen vonden het tafelvoetbalspel erg leuk. Ruime uitrusting van de keuken. Verschillende soorten zeepjes bij de wasbakken. Wel jammer dat de riolering van het toilet beneden stinkt. We hebben het er over gehad en er gaat binnenkort naar gekeken worden. In en rond het huis zijn meerdere plekken waar gestookt kan worden (ook buiten onder de overkapping). We hebben leuke uitstapjes gedaan naar Chateau Reinhardstein en Parc Naturel des Hautes Fagnes. Het bezoek aan Baugnez 44 Historical Centre was indrukwekkend. Oliebollen kochten wij op de kerstmarkt in Malmédy. Kortom een heerlijk verblijf.

Wij verblijven van kerst tot en met oud en nieuw 2016 in dit huis. De eigenaresse gad het hele huis voorzien van kerstverlichting en zowel van binnen als van buiten alles in sprookjesachtige kerstster gebracht. Ook had ze bij onze aankomst tientallen kaarsjes aangestoken waardoor hier aankomen bijna magisch was. Het huis is heel prettig knus (maar groot) en alles is aanwezig om een heerlijke vakantie te hebben. Veel speelgoed en spullen voor kinderen, een heerlijke ruime tuin met overkapt terras en haard. De omgeving is prachtig. We komen hier zeker terug!
