"We arrived at musketcove with 2 young girls under the age of 4. Instantly we knew this place was not a place for young children although both Expedia and musket cove suggest family friendly. The pool is far too deep but the whole area feels like a retirement village with signage that says quiet area and no shouting etc. once again not good for kids. We stayed in a garden bure which was a walk across a damp field to enter. The room was extremely tired with no wifi access nor a tv. The door barely closed with gaps all around which filled our room with mosquitos for the night. We got up early and went to the breakfast buffet only to realise this to was below average for such a highly rated resort This was not the family vacation we were after or expected especially for the price we paid and what the photos and comments suggested I tried to reconcile with management as we were booked for another 3 nights but was met with “non refundable” and other excuses I’m writing this in hope it finds another young family excited for a family holiday and deters them from the same disappointment and heartache we experienced The staff are lovely but management have no conscience "

"Beach lounge chairs need to be replaced. Cushions of seating in restaurants need to be cleaned or replaced. Very stained. Overall a great place with an amazing staff."

"I have stayed at Sheraton Tokoriki three times over the years and have always loved it, which made this most recent stay particularly disappointing. In the past, the service has been a standout feature of the resort. Staff would usually know you by name within a day or two and service felt attentive and warm. Unfortunately, this visit felt completely different. Service throughout the resort was consistently slow and inattentive. For example, we waited around 1.5 hours for a simple coffee to arrive, and long waits for service in the restaurants were common. Food and drinks were not offered poolside, which is unusual for a resort of this standard. On several occasions we found ourselves standing and waiting while staff finished their own conversations before acknowledging us, and when service did come it often felt as though we were inconveniencing them. There were also issues with the food and beverage offering. Some menu items did not match their descriptions and overall the pricing felt very high relative to the quality delivered. More broadly, there seemed to be an underlying staff morale issue. The atmosphere suggested that staff were unhappy, which unfortunately translated into noticeably poor customer service. We did raise these concerns with management during our stay, however no real solutions were offered. "Bula We can't say enough positive about each and every staff member. They are all friendly, helpful, never make any request feel like a burden and know your name from the minute you arrive. The room was clean and comfortable. The bar has limited selections but okay. We were disappointed that there was 1 menu for each meal and it never changes. As we were in there in the low season, the buffet and traditional cooking night were not available. Food was prepared fine but lacked seasoning. There are no between meal options, fruit etc, available. If you like to snack, bring things with you. The common areas really need some updating. The staff do the best with what they have,but the owner needs to put some money into paint, replacing pool decking and cushion etc. This resort is not suitable for anyone with mobility issues, you take one boat from the marina and then have to change to a smaller tender boat to take you to the beach as there is no dock. The ocean access from your Bure is very rocky and the sand coarse, recommend bringing water shoes. We loved the staff singing to greet you and send you off."

"Really the only feedback i have is that there should be a nightly activity. But seriously if thats all that i can offer thats not a big deal. Solo traveller, made me feel special and welcomed when wanted and left me alone when i wanted. Perfectly relaxing. Safety is their top priority and appreciate all the extra efforts in ensuring that for all guests. Massage was amazing and can day enough about the bar staff. Vinaka for a relaxing few days!"
