Nice Upstairs condo
It was upstairs unit with a code to enter. No early check in available. Great location close to Eagle lodge. Good heat, clean, and had the basics. Worth the price. No code provided for jacuzzi. But it had a nice jacuzzi bath tub.

Worst vacation rental ever...13 night stay- we requested confirmation that everything was in working order two weeks before arrival. The mgt co said everything was working fine. Reality, both toilets took 10 min to refill after flushing- not manageable with 4 people and clearly a recurring problem. The dishwasher didn't work at all- we had to empty the dirty water from it after two attempts, then wash dishes by hand. The final straw, the long-term tenant downstairs banged on the walls for 2 nights, one of those nights for 12 hr, reverberating on our 1st floor, all the way to the upstairs loft bedroom in the walls. Nobody could sleep it was so loud. After knocking on downstairs door at 2am and speaking with the occupant, we learned the noise would not be stopping and was not temporary. The next day, after requesting a credit to apply to an empty unit they had nearby, the mgt co. refused to help. We left that day, being forced to pay for another condo out of pocket for the remainder of our vacation due to this one being uninhabitable.

Condo was comfortable, kitchen well equipped. Definitely worn and old building.
Pretty good. Didn’t like the pellets stored in closet. I believe that’s not legal.

Perfect place for my 5 year old and me….
Took my son up for his first time snowboarding - during a 48 hour blizzard. The condo is clean, beautiful and well-equipped. Management had to be called for a TV issue (unresolved but they really tried and were very friendly!) and the community trash can was full, so I called and asked what to do - they made a note so I wouldn’t get charged for not taking out the trash. (Community bin needs a bear lock - can’t just prop up the lid and leave it partially open.) The blizzard dumped several feet in two days and in order to plow the driveway, one of the community residents knocked on doors and had all of us move our cars so that the parking lot would be freshly plowed. There was no shovel in the unit itself, but that local resident let me borrow his shovel to dig out my car. Everyone was very friendly and helpful and the ci do is a 30 second walk to the shuttle that takes you to Eagle Lodge. Definitely booking here again!

Me sorprendió mucho al ver que habían muchas cosas a nuestro servicio en la cocina y el baño. Gracias por atendernos muy bien en nombre de mi familia de corazón gracias . Fall Mountain Getaway
Unit was on the 2nd floor & bedroom upstairs in a loft- poor ventilation in the loft. Main heat provided by wood pellet stove: had never used one - instructions inadequate! Also, handling 40lb bags of pellets can be difficult!
