Don't go by the brand, this is a pathetic place.
We have been to Golden Tulip hotels in different places, including Morni Hills ,Gurgaon and Goa. However please don't expect the same facilities, cleanness, service, ambiance. This is not a neat place at all, paint jobs on the walls is very shabby. The furniture needs polishing, its terrible. The windows, floors, linen were really dirty and smelly. There is no benefit of a review view room, because the windows are too dirty, you cant view much. Do not go by the pictures, they are just Photoshop'd to give you a glossy look. They don't have a fridge in the room. Neither they have a hair dryer. The Kettle was also sub standard, which would spark out and the handle would also burn out. The kitchen works only between 7am to 10:30pm only. So no food, after 10:30pm, isn't that a disaster. This concluded me, that Golden Tulip Manali can be compared to a 0Star B&B with pathetic service and however you still pay a fortune.
