I paid for a veteran and his wife, who have been living in their car since August to have a hotel room for five days over Christmas weekend. I didn't realize they had a cat and that the hotel had a no pet policy, which was an honest mistake. The hotel kicked out the veteran after two nights and refuses to refund my money for the three nights.

All feedback is valued fromall of our guests, as it helps us improve our services and guest experiences.As you and your guest (Debra) for whom you have made the reservation for, should be well aware, withour policy and standard procedure, it is essential for guests to provide a form of credit card authorizationwhen the reservation is made under a different name. We understand that this requirement may seeminconvenient, but it is necessary for ensuring the security of both parties involved. Despite repeatedrequests, we did not receive the necessary authorization from you or your guest’s prior to check-in,which resulted in complications during the process.Regarding the issue of the pet policy, as clearly outlined in our policies and also stated during thereservation process, we do not allow pets on the premises due to potential allergic reactions and healthconcerns, particularly for staff members with medical conditions. It was disappointing to discover that apet was present in your guests’ room, putting the health of our staff at risk. Upon being informed of this,our staff took immediate action to address the situation and ensure the safety of all parties involved.Furthermore, your claim that you were unaware of the pet policy is a bit perplexing since it was madevery clear during the reservation process and signage displayed prominently in our office that we do notallow pets on our property. We strive to maintain transparency and clarity regarding our policies to avoidany misunderstandings to our customers.Regarding your comments about your guest’s being veterans, we treat all guests with respect anddignity, irrespective of their background or circumstances. It is unfortunate if there was anymisunderstanding regarding their situation, but it is not our policy to discriminate or make assumptionsabout our guests. Went to this hotel while in the area for a hockey tournament at the Ice Palace. It was extremely clean. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. It does need some updating, but it was perfect and priced well for our stay. Would definitely use again. Lots of appreciation to the front desk guy that helped out my husband and son checking in!

This is a two star hotel and worth no more than $40-50 a night. I paid over $220! The pictures online do not accurately show the hotel. Everything is in bad disrepair. There are holes in the blankets, peeling paint, old rugs with iron burns, the list goes on. I would only stay here if it was inexpensive.

The price was right, and I appreciate that I didn’t have to pay an exorbitant amount of money for a one night stay just to have a place to rest my head! The manager owner was so sweet to my grandson!

So long as you are unpretentious, you will fond this place a true gem, as we did. Check in was easy. The folks who run the motel were very delightful. While the rooms were dated, everything was pristine and linens were crisp white. Amenities included large fridge, microwave, coffee maker and standard cable TV (not hotel cable!) Would stay here again for sure!

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES! This is probably the worst hotel stay I have ever had! The staff was rude and uncooperative. The room was dirty, smelled, and the bathroom sink fell apart. When all was said and done, the hotel kept my deposit claiming that I made the room dirty. I could not dispute it because I had checked out early and left the key in the office box, and was already on the road home and could not turn back.

It’s a motel… for $137 a night I was disappointed. The room had a musty smell. I always bring sprays and disinfectant wipes, but the furniture was dusty. Bedding was clean, towels too but very small and outdated. Thank goodness we were only staying one night. The office was friendly enough though.

Nice summer stay
Check in was very easy, they were very friendly and helpful. the room was just as we expected it, and the location is not too far from the beaches and easy to get to. There's a line of trees on the road side to help mitigate the noise from traffic, and it worked pretty well! We would definitely come back.

5 Stars from me!
We had to make an unexpected trip for a funeral and this was one of the few places with availability. I was nervous. Our host was so sweet and very attentive. our room was clean and well stocked with bottled water and the air conditioner was in perfect working order. The area is very bust but we never heard any traffic or the other guests. I can't say enough about how much I appreciated this little gem of a motel.

I stood in room 103. It was okay. I think they should redo the carpeted floors with vinyl floor or something non porous. The carpet created a musty air quality problem. If they redid just the carpet I would be a repeat customer. I could see they actually make a solid effort to clean the place compared with other similar hotels. Redoing the floor to not be carpet but something non porous would improve this place.
